Everything you need to know about Reboot Online Games Week!

As you already know the end of the ninth season of A1 Adria League will be a part of Reboot Online Games Week in Osijek. We have already revealed some of the segments in this season’s program. Now we are bringing you a full ROGW schedule, so you can follow your favorite games or some other interesting content.

Five days of ROGW

A1 Adria League S9 finals will be spread out to five days at ROGW this season. The event will start on June the 15th, and it ends on the 19th. Brawl Stars, FIFA22, and CS:GO are waiting for their champions. On Wednesday Salada de Frutas will try to defend the Brawl Stars title, FIFA22 semifinals and the grand final will be played on Thursday and Friday where Novo will seek to find his fourth consecutive title, while the weekend will be reserved for the CS:GO competition.

Apart from the finals and semifinals in these games, Reboot Online Games Week is bringing a lot of different and interesting content. As always My Story segment is making its appearance, and we will hear Sacre, Flegma, and dEE tell theirs. Next week also fans will be able to watch streams from some of the regional stars, such as DoubleAim who will play League of Legends, Darrian Alfy who will have a creative racing stream in F1, and Novke as our CS:GO guest streamer.

On the more serious subject, ROGW is bringing some interesting panel discussions where a variety of guests will talk about different problems, pros, and cons in gaming, such as toxicity and cyberbullying, and many more. At that same time, Osijek will be the host of a Pannonian Challenge, the world-famous competition in extreme sports, and a couple of extreme athletes will also be the guests in our panel segment.

The most important part of the Reboot Online Games Week is the humanitarian segment, where the regional gamers will join in and try to gather as much money for a blind boy Luka, who needs a certain device to be able to normally follow classes and develop without many obstacles.

A1 Adria League season finale is just around the corner and Reboot Online Games Week or ROGW. In Osijek, fans will enjoy five days of streams, fun content, watch CS:GO, Brawl Stars, and FIFA22 finals, and much more.

My Story segment at ROGW

As it was last year, Reboot Online Games Week will have a “Moja priča” segment once again. But instead of two of these segments, we will have three guests this season sharing their stories.

The first one who will be able to tell their story at ROGW is a well-known LoL player, as well as internationally and regionally. Namely, the current top laner for a german team GamerLegion Toni “Sacre” Sabalić is the first guest in our Moja priča segment. Of course, Sacre is known in the region, especially in A1 Adria League, seeing that he won the LoL competition in the first season of A1AL with KlikTech. He will tell his story on the first day, i.e. Wednesday which is the 15th of June, at 14 o’clock.

The day after that the Freelance DevOps and CEO of Esport Adria Leonardo “FlegMOAR” Bujas will also reveal his side of the story. What he has to say in the “Moja priča” segment you will have to find out on June the 16th at 14 o’clock.

Last but not least, on June 19th popular CS:GO player in the region and further, Miloš “dEE” Marčeta will also be a part of the said segment and share his experience with the fans. dEE played for almost every well-known and top-tier regional team such as ex-BLUEJAYS, Level Up esports, 4glory and more. The most memorable moment in the A1AL final happened when he and his team ex-BLUEJAYS defeat the Albanian squad Blink, as we all remember.

The ninth A1AL season finale and ROGW are closer than ever!

As the group stages of the three main games in the ninth A1 Adria League season are coming to an end, we are slowly preparing for a grand finale. Brawl Stars, FIFA22, and CS:GO are yet to receive their champions, and that will be announced during the Reboot Online Games Week, as it was the last season.

A1 Adria League S9 finals

As it was last season the playoff stages in our games will be a part of Reboot Online Games Week that will be held in Osijek from 15th to 19th of June. Again we have prepared a lot of fun for the fans during the last week of A1 Adria League matches. From interesting streams and IGRAJ segments to many panel discussions, more information about this will be revealed soon.

Throughout the past weeks, we have seen many teams and players compete to reach this final goal of the competition. The difference between the last season and this is that the finals in the ninth A1AL season will have three, instead of four games. As it was mentioned earlier, LoL was one of the rotating games in this season’s new format, so only Brawl Stars, FIFA22, and CS:GO will have their time in the spotlight at ROGW.

Salada de Frutas has once again dominated the Brawl Stars regional scene. They have shown dominance and will to once again win the title in A1 Adria League. Their enemies will be Big F and Jazavci. While these two teams showed great performance, Salada once again enters the playoff stage and finals as a huge favorite. There is still one more spot left, and we are yet to see who will take it.

In FIFA22 this season we have many familiar names. Novo, esad1memic, and Brstimir are yet again fighting in the top 4, and they will be joined by Mrky, who was the first to secure this spot. It’s hard to say who will come on top as we have already seen tremendous talent from these players.

Last, but not least CS:GO playoffs are going to be a blast. As it was expected, the Macedonian squad BLUEJAYS without any trouble were the first to secure the top 4 in this game. They had a 3:0 score in the league, and are the biggest favorites for winning the title. Blink and Oto100 will make an appearance in the playoffs, as well as Zero Tenacity who eliminated one of the favorites team 4glory.

Stream the first PUBG competition in A1 Adria League!

PUBG is coming to A1 Adria League for the first time this season. This is your chance to stream all of the games on your channel. The PUBG qualifier will be played on May 21st, while the playoff is scheduled for the week after that, namely May 28th. 16 teams will battle in the playoff for the prize pool of 1000€.

If you are interested in streaming the qualifiers or playoffs yourself, make sure to send us all the necessary information. The most important things regarding the stream are:

  1. Apply for the stream
  2. Make sure to use the A1AL S9 overlay during the stream
  3. Delay should be 12 min (since there will be 10 min delay on the official stream)

Everything you need to know about streaming PUBG in A1AL

These are some general rules you will need to follow in order to stream the PUBG qualifier and playoff matches.

  1. Fill out the contact form for the community stream. You will need to provide only your Discord handle, email, and link to your stream.

    – No rights of third parties are violated (these include copyrights, trademark rights, etc.)
    – No content is shown that is racist, homophobic, defamatory, obscene, libelous, or glorifies violence
    – No applicable laws are violated (especially criminal law and youth protection)
    – No advertising for the following products or services is actively integrated: nicotine, alcohol, cannabis, and other addictive substances party politics, especially election advertising, pornography gambling, lotteries, casino, poker, sports betting, or comparable item or in-game currency trading outside of first-party platforms or official offerings online key sales, insofar as these do not involve licensed dealers automated pop-ups, upon which the streamer exercises no influence, are principally permitted and are excluded from the criteria for exclusion listed above.
  3. Make sure you add this image to your stream and include A1 Adria League or A1AL Qualifiers to your title (example: A1AL S9 Qualifiers // A1AL S9 Qualifiers stream today!). The image found on the link above should be visible on stream at all times, like in this example. (besides while playing ads):
  4. After you are finished streaming the qualifiers, send the following to the email info@adria.gg: “hours streamed”, “average concurrent viewers”, and “peak concurrent viewers”. It should look something like this:
    1. hours streamed: 5
    2. average concurrent viewers: 10
    3. peak concurrent viewers: 15
  5. You all are done! Streaming will be enabled for all the participants of the A1 Adria League Season 9 qualifiers.
  6. Your information and stream stats will only be used to improve the League and they won’t be published publicly at any time or for any reason.
  7. If you give your permission we will include your stream in the promotion post to notify A1AL fans where they can watch the qualifiers.

killax: We are where we deserve to be, at the top!

The VALORANT championship in A1 Adria League is completed, and after two weekends of great games, we have gotten our first champion in this game. Balkan Stars managed to defeat everyone and win the title. We talked with the captain of the team killax about their experience, the championship, as well as their plans for the future.

How does it feel to be the first winner of VALORANT in the A1 Adria League?

Firstly, I would like to thank the whole Adria team for the chance to compete. Regarding how we felt at the beginning of the competition, we were pretty euphoric, but right now we feel like we are where we deserve to be, at the top. We plan to stay there.

You justified the role of favorites. What do you think about the competition, and who would you single out as the toughest opponent and why?

That’s right, we even fulfilled our own expectations. The competition was solid, and we would like to single out team Minima who showed us for the second time that we shouldn’t underestimate them and that they are worthy opponents. They were the toughest opponents, and the reason is exactly the resistance that they put playing against us.

You didn’t lose a single match in the playoffs. What influenced such good performance of the team?

I want to thank the whole team. Everyone remained calm and kept a good mentality throughout the whole tournament. My teammates and I worked really hard to get to this point, and I’m glad we played the way we did. I would also like to thank everyone who showed their support. All the time we spent practicing really paid off.

This year we have had a change in the format, some games are only played for two weekends in a row. VALORANT fits this category as well. What do you think about this way of competing? 

We think that this format is good. Maybe it would be better for next time to separate quarterfinals from semifinals and finals. Because playing the quarterfinals on the same day can affect the players and their performance.

Instead of the standard four games in A1AL, this season we have seven. What do you think about these changes in the league?

We are happy that VALORANT finally got the attention, and we are glad to have had the chance to be a part of this league. We also hope that in the future seasons we will be there as well.

What are your plans now, considering VALORANT competitions?

Our plans at the moment are to be on the top in VALORANT East United, the competition which hosts more than 15 neighboring countries, and the competition looks interesting and very challenging. I would also like to take this chance and mention that we are looking for an organization that would help us improve and do great things together. So if some organization is reading this, and believes in our potential – we are waiting for you.

Bakistuta: I expect 4glory and BLUEJAYS in the finals

The group stage in CS:GO of A1 Adria League is just around the corner. We will be able to enjoy the best eight teams in the region competing for the title and the prize. But before the start of the league, we talked with a CS:GO caster Bakistuta about his expectations of the upcoming CS:GO competition, new season, qualified teams, and many others.

The qualifiers of A1AL S9 are completed. Which teams that qualified for the league were the biggest surprise?

I didn’t see many surprises in the qualifiers, we have seen all of these teams many times in recent years, but if I have to single out one team it would be ghoulsW with one of my favorite players desire and FURIA. They had many obstacles in the qualifiers, and after their victory over ELITE they completely deserved the spot in the league. I would also like to mention another surprise, this time negative because I don’t see Marten Rising between the qualified teams. I know they have the quality to be alongside the best teams, and when a team has Muffy and Ruda, I only have the highest expectations.

What is your opinion on the power ratio between the two invited teams BLUEJAYS and 4glory and the qualified ones?

The fact that these two teams are the invited ones speaks for itself about their form and reputation. We have great teams who managed to qualify, but my head and my heart tell me that BLUEJAYS and 4glory are one step above the others. 4glory at the moment has one of the best Serbian rosters ever, and when your manager is Dejan “BAX” Atanackovic only the sky is the limit. I don’t want to waste many words on the Macedonian squad BLUEJAYS, their results speak for themselves. Great guys, fantastic skill. Aside from this league, I predict them even bigger success than what they have achieved so far.

What do you think about who will we see in the finals this year?

If the bracket allows it, I expect 4glory and BLUEJAYS in the finals. Both teams strive to become the champions, so anything less than a final for them would be a serious fiasco.

This season we are witnessing a lot of great individuals, who would you single out as ones that are worth paying attention to?

Everyone from 4glory and BLUEJAYS fit this category, it’s pointless naming them all. Besides them, there are old school players like Neno, pure class, to the young talents such as Depreshn and Katalic. I have to admit I recently have been watching a lot of Maki from Strive in chaos. When you take down a team like Fnatic, that speaks a lot about your game. And another man I have to mention, who isn’t a player but the coach, heart, and brain of the team Zero Tenacity, Untouched. Under his leadership, experience, and directive you can win against everyone.

How strong is this season’s competition compared to the previous one?

Every year the stage is improving more and more, new players are showing up, and blowing us away with their moves. Alongside the new players, the ones who have been there for years are becoming even more experienced and better throughout the practice and time. So every new season is better than the previous one.

Only the decider matches in the SWISS phase will be Bo3, unlike before when all the matches were in this format. Do you think that the change in format will have an impact on the final score?

I’m glad you asked this because often it happens that these kinds of changes go unnoticed. It’s a huge difference when you play Bo1 and Bo3 matches. Anyone who follows any kind of competitive game will agree that it’s much easier to upset and win against a favorite on one map rather than three. For sure this will bring a chance for us to see many surprises.

What are you looking forward to the most this season? 

I am looking forward to good broadcasts, many fantastic plays from our Balkanian maestros, and the enormous amount of quality content, as well as in CS:GO as in other games.
