Jazavci won the last Brawl Stars qualifier; teams ready for group stage

With a short delay, the Brawl Stars qualifiers are finally finished. Many surprises occurred during this season’s qualifier cups. The top eight teams are ready for the group stage of the A1 Adria League, and the leader of the BS competition is team OMERT4, followed by Jazavci and Salada de Frutas.

OMERT4 dominant; Salada failed to win a single qualifier

The final standings for the Brawl Stars qualifiers are here. After many exciting and intense matches, we have our 8 contenders. They will fight against each other and try to win the title in the 10th A1AL season. We have seen the same names trying to achieve more points in the last qualifier. On the one side of the bracket, Salada de Frutas eliminated their opponents and reached the finals. While on the other side, we saw Jazavci dominate the competition. Salada won against two previous qualifier winners, GreekGod and OMERT4, but in the finals they failed, as Jazavci won the duel with a 2:0 score.

All four qualifiers went into the hands of different teams. Rolex, OMERT4, GreekGod, and Jazavci all won 100 points. The big surprise was Salada de Frutas, who usually manages to win two or three qualifiers. But now they didn’t win a single one. This season is the first where Salada isn’t at the top of the table, and it’s the first to have the eighth team qualify with only 80 points. The last season’s champions however still have enough points for the next stage. In fact, they are in third place with an overall of 170 points.

At the end of the qualifiers, OMERT4 is in first place with 290 points, followed by Jazavci who have 220 points. Salada the Frutas is third, as already mentioned, while Rolex and GreekGod share fourth place with the same amount of points, an overall of 140. The Brawl Stars group stage begins on October 6th, so don’t miss it! We may crown an underdog team this year!

Brawl Stars final standings

GreekGod is the winner of the third Brawl Stars qualifier

More than half of the qualifying Brawl Stars competition is finished. Only one more is left, but we can assume who will make it to the tenth season of the A1 Adria League, based on the points. The winner of this qualifier is team GreekGod which now has an overall of 130 points.

OMERT4 is still way ahead of the competition

Brawl Stars teams are back for yet another qualifier. The third and second to last qualifier was played last night. Familiar teams in this season’s competition again led to a fierce battle. Salada de Frutas, OMERT4, Jazavci, Rolex, Extreme Masters, and many more returned this Thursday to gather more points and secure their spot in the group stage of the A1 Adria League.

Another BS qualifier went into the hands of a different team. The first one, as we remember was won by Rolex, the second went into the hands of OMERT4, and in the last one, we saw GreekGod as the most successful team.

GreekGod gained an enormous lead with this win, over other teams. The roster made of LordTodor, Unique, Hillen, and Jevta last night earned 100 points, and now has an overall of 130. At the moment they are in third place, behind Rolex who is the second-best team with 130 points as well. OMERT4 is the leader of the table, and will definitely make it to the group stage, seeing as they already have 240 points under their name.

It was OMERT4 and GreekGod battling in the finals for the most points yesterday. In the end, the latter came out victorious with a 2:1 win. On their way to the finals, GreekGod eliminated Jazavci, and last season’s winners Salada de Frutas, which are not showing the usual dominant playstyle we expected from them.

The points are close, and nothing is over yet. The Brawl Stars competition will return next week with the fourth and last qualifier. Don’t miss the action, and sign up now if you want to compete with the best teams from the region!

OMERT4 wins the second Brawl Stars qualifier

Already we are at half of our qualifier cups in the A1 Adria League. Two qualifiers are already finished, and the leader with the most points is team OMERT4, who showed outstanding performance in both cups.

OMERT4 and Salada at the top

As you remember last week we had our first Brawl Stars qualifier that went into the hands of team Rolex, while OMERT4 was in second place. Now they improved their game even more and came out victorious. On the other hand, the last year’s champions Salada de Frutas made their significant return to the stage with an appearance in the final. Unfortunately, Lavvek, DzonDzon, and Andrey didn’t manage to win the final, so they took home 70 points.

In the second qualifier, we have seen again teams such as Jazavci, Extreme Masters, Rolex, and many more. But the competition yesterday had to go into the hands of OMERT4 and Salada. Both teams were excellent last night, and they made it to the finals without losing a single game. OMERT4 with first place this week, and second last week, has an overall of 170 points. They are now sitting at the top of the table. Rolex is second with 120 points, while the third is Salada de Frutas with 80 points.

The whole competition is wide open, so there is still time to earn points and enter the 10th season of the A1 Adria League. You can already sign up for the next one HERE.

Brawl Stars standings

Rolex is the winner of the first Brawl Stars qualifier!

The first Brawl Stars qualifier finished last night. Since we have had a delay with this competition, instead of last week, the first qualifier was played last night.

Rolex earned 100 points

In the first Brawl Stars qualifier of the tenth A1 Adria League season, we have seen many familiar faces, as well as new talents. The competition was fierce and it went on long into the night. The team that came out victorious by the end of the night was Rolex, who secured 100 points. OMERT4 came in second and earned themselves 70 points, which is a great start. The third and fourth place brought the teams 50 points each, and those points were achieved by Extreme Masters and team La Aquilla. Teams that took 5th to 8th place earned themselves 20 points.

It is interesting that last season’s champions Salada de Frutas registered for the qualifier, but didn’t play. Also, Jazavci, who we got to know better in the previous season, didn’t do so well, earning only 20 points in this qualifier. They lost in the quarterfinals or the second round of the competition.

Rolex and OMERT4 really showed great performance last night. Both these teams dominated their bracket, and OMERT4 actually didn’t lose a single game until the finals. Rolex showed superiority in that final and took the maximum amount of points with a 2:0 win.

We will meet with the Brawl Stars teams next week with the start of the second qualifier. Stay tuned and don’t forget to sign up!

Salada de Frutas claims second place at Clash of Leagues

The A1 Adria League‘s ninth-season winners Salada de Frutas won second place in the pan-European competition Clash of Leagues in Salzburg! Andrey, DzonDzon, and Lavvek bettered their result from the last season when they finished Top 4.

Clash of Leagues finals in Salzburg

The Clash of Leagues finals at LEVEL UP – The Gaming Festival in Salzburg saw the winners of A1 Adria League, Swisscom Hero League, and A1 eSports League battle it out for the trophy. The format was three teams round-robin for a total prize pool of 3000€.

The draw went in the way of opponents which meant Salada de Frutas had to play the first two opening matches. In their first match against Aurora Esports, the winners of the Austrian A1 eSports League they showcased some resistance and played well but didn’t manage to close it out. In the end, they lost 3-0, altho the result doesn’t tell the full story of how that match-up played out.

Lavvek and co. stayed on stage for their second match. The Swisscom Hero League’s winners mYinsanity stepped on stage. In the first map, Salada de Frutas had everything they needed to take the win but in the end, mYinsanity managed to clutch it out. Salada de Frutas then showed great mental fortitude and won the remaining of maps and games. Once Aurora Esports defeated mYinsanity, Salada de Frutas secured second place.

  1. Aurora Esports (1600€)
  2. Salada de Frutas (800€)
  3. mYinsanity (600€)

Congratulations to Salada de Frutas for their amazing result and sportsmanship. Another important thing to note is that Clash of Leagues will be back this year but with a different game, so stay tuned!

DzonDzon: We are going to Salzburg to lift the trophy!

Salada de Frutas successfully defended the Brawl Stars title in the ninth A1 Adria League season. Without any trouble, they managed to reach the finals, defeat DOGS, and take their second consecutive title. We talked with the captain of the team DzonDzon about the season, Clash of Leagues, their plans, and more.

Congratulations on winning the title. How does it feel to be at the top of the regional Brawl Stars scene?

Firstly I would like to thank everyone for congratulating us. The feeling is great, it isn’t a small thing to be the best team in the region.

You finished the group stage, playoff, and the complete tournament without much trouble. In the playoffs, you didn’t lose a single match. What affected such good performance of the team?

My personal opinion is that what influenced this performance is mostly knowledge about the draft. At the moment with six bans, if you do a good draft, that’s probably set in your favor.

What is your opinion about this year’s competition? Did someone at any point in the playoff come close to surprising you and would you single out some team as your hardest opponent?

As I mentioned before, the competition this year was stronger than ever. Each team in the playoff was very good, but as I have said the lack of draft knowledge cost them the win against us. As the hardest opponent, I would single out DOGS. The guys from DOGS really made a noticeable improvement since last year.

You had successfully defended the title this season. Which one was harder to win, the eighth or this, the ninth season of the A1 Adria League, and why?

The eighth season was harder to win that’s for sure. Last season in the finals we were losing with a 1:2 score, our opponents were at match point, but we managed to reverse sweep and win the whole thing. So in my opinion that was the hardest and the most interesting final so far.

You don’t have much time to rest and gather impressions, seeing that the next month Clash of Leagues in Salzburg is starting. Have you already prepared for it?

We are always ready for new tournaments, especially if they involve a LAN event.

Last year you lost in the semifinals and you were really close to winning the tournament. What are your expectations and plans for the upcoming Clash of Leagues?

Yes, last year we weren’t lucky, because the first match that we played in Salzburg was against SK Gaming, and it is a known fact that SK was the best team in the EU, maybe even in the world. This year we are going there to lift the trophy.

Do you intend to be a part of the tenth A1AL season as well and once again try to defend the title?

Of course, we are planning to sign up for the tenth season, and our plans are to win it again. Firstly though we would like to win Clash of Leagues, and then we are going to focus on the new A1AL season.

Salada de Frutas take the second consecutive A1AL title!

The ninth season of the A1 Adria League is coming to an end, and you can follow the end of the season on our Twitch and Youtube channel. The Brawl Stars competition in A1AL has gotten its champion for this season. Salada de Frutas is again the champion, and they will take home the 1100€ prize!

Salada without any trouble takes the title

DzonDzon and his team in this tournament showed from start to finish an impeccable performance. None of the teams stood close to them, and in the end, they won the whole thing as expected.

In the semifinals, the champion played against DOGS, who had no chance of winning. They stomped DOGS without giving them an opportunity to fight back. In the other semifinal, Big F was against team Jazavci. The match between these two teams was, to say the least, intense. They both showed great performance until Big F lost the momentum, and that gave their opponents the only chance they needed to finish the game in their favor. Jazavci then went on to fight Salada in the upper bracket final.

On the other side of the bracket, the lower one, DOGS were now fighting to stay in the playoffs against Big F. DOGS came out victorious and Big F ended the competition in fourth place. As Salada once again dominated their opponents and took down Jazavci without any trouble, team Jazavci fell down in the lower bracket too. DOGS were once again the victors in the lower bracket where they took down Jazavci and earned another chance to take revenge over Salada de Frutas in the grand finals.

In the grand finals, we have seen Salada again sweep DOGS with the result of 3:0, and for that, they needed only 21 minutes. This team didn’t lose a single game in the playoffs, and with the perfect 9:0 result defended the title.

  1. Salada de Frutas – 1100€
  2. DOGS – 600€
  3. Jazavci – 300€

Brawl Stars bracket

Will Salada de Frutas defend the title?

The final week of the ninth A1 Adria League season is just days away. Many Brawl Stars teams battled for the top 4 spots in the playoff stage but the teams that actually did it are Salada de Frutas, Big F, Jazavci, and DOGS.

Salada coming into the playoff as a favorite

The first team who actually went through the group stage and secured the playoffs is as expected Salada de Frutas. These guys are the defending champions, and it’s not a surprise we are seeing them here once again. Salada didn’t lose a single match in the group stage, and with the perfect 3:0 score advanced further. Their games mostly ended with Salada dominating and a lot is now expected from them.

DzonDzon: This season the playoff is quite strong. The teams have improved a lot since last year. And that means that the playoff phase will be very interesting to watch and play. But our expectations remain the same, our goal is to win the 9th season of the A1 Adria League.”

Two teams that in the same round went through to the playoffs of the ninth season of the A1 Adria League are Big F and Jazavci. Big F had the best performance, right after Salada, and it was expected from them to reach the top 4. Jazavci also showed determination and will to be shortlisted, and as we have seen since the beginning of the tournament, they didn’t weaver. The winner of the first Brawl Stars qualifier secured the third spot in the playoff stage.

Ćiro: “As the captain of the team Jazavci, the expectations of me and my teammates are high and we hope for a better placement. For the competition, I would say that this year it is better than in any of the previous seasons.”

The last and the only team with the 3:2 score to reach the playoff stage is DOGS. They just recently acquired this spot by defeating the team You Lose. Both of these teams had the same chance of making it to the top 4 but in the end, it was DOGS. It remains to be seen if this team has what it takes to make an upset in the final week of the ninth A1AL season.
