CLA_marac90 won the first FIFA qualifier; Patrizan and MBAPPEEK successful in CS:GO!

The qualifiers for the 12th A1 Adria League started this weekend. We saw intense competition in FIFA23 and CS: GO first qualifiers. The most successful player in the FIFA23 qualifier was CLA_marac90, who won 100 points. On the other hand, the winners of the first CS: GO qualifiers were Partizan and MBAPPEEK, who secured the group stage.

The first two CS: GO group stage spots taken!

The first CS:GO qualifiers are over. We saw many successful regional teams battle it out on different maps. While everyone gave their best, the two teams who overcame all obstacles were Partizan and MBAPPEEK. They secured their spots in the group stage, joining the two invited teams and last year’s finalists, Jake Bube, and the current champions, Zero Tenacity.

Both teams were a menace on their side of the bracket. Partizan defeated Volt, Cactus Jack, and Achievo Esports without losing a single map. On the other side, MBAPPEEK was better than Kopaci, Team Vertex, and Mutnica Public.

If you want to find your place in the 12th A1AL season and compete with the best CS: GO teams, sign up for the qualifiers. Second CS: GO qualifiers are scheduled for September 10th. Click HERE to sign up!

First FIFA23 points grabbed!

More than 50 players competed for the first FIFA points at the start of the 12th A1 Adria League season this past weekend. We saw many familiar names, such as Tarik Novo, Brstimir, Jasik, Hara, Esad Memic, and rest. While some of them managed to acquire certain points, the best player of the first FIFA23 qualifier was CLA_marac90, as he won 100 points. Second place was taken by Hara, who won 70 points, while the third-best player that evening was NemanjaLS92 with 50 points.

The big surprise was Tarik Novo, who lost in the first round. The current FIFA champion and the five-time A1AL winner didn’t have a good start. However, he and the rest of the players have three more qualifiers to improve their score. The second qualifier is scheduled for September 9th. So don’t waste time, and sign up now by clicking HERE!

Sign up for the first FIFA23 qualifier and compete with the best!

After Gruby broke Novo’s winning streak in the 10th A1 Adria League FIFA competition, Tarik Novo returned stronger last season and took back what was his. He is now the most crowned FIFA player in the A1AL with five trophies. I’m sure we will see him again with the start of the new FIFA23 season, but will we see a rival strong enough to take him down?

If you think you can claim the throne and compete with the best of the best, sign up for the first qualifier and start gathering points. Only those with the most points will get the chance to compete in the league.

Sign up for the first FIFA23 qualifier!

Unlike CS:GO qualifiers, or some other games, FIFA23 has its own qualifier format. Namely, you should compete in all four qualifiers if you want to secure your spot in the group stages of the competition. You can’t win only one and qualify, like CS:GO teams do. In FIFA23, each qualifier brings 100 points to the winner, 70 points to the second place, and so on. The highest chance of advancing has the players with the most points. In some cases, it happened that a player could qualify with only one win from qualifiers, but it’s better not to leave anything to chance as the competition is fierce every season. Sign up for the first one on the link below.

First FIFA23 Qualifier – September 2nd

After four Qualifiers Cups, the best eight FIFA players will advance to the SWISS group stage. At some point in the group stage, the competition will move from FIFA23 to FIFA24, so there is no time to lower your guard. Keep practicing, and the grand finale will be yours!

From eight players in the group stage, we will eliminate four, while the remaining four will advance further in the competition. The finals will decide who is the best. As you qualify for the finals, you are guaranteed to take money home. The prize pool for FIFA23 this season is 2,300 euros, where the champion receives 1,250, the second place 600, the third place 300, and the fourth earns 150 euros.

A1AL second weekly recap is here! Check out what happened in CS:GO, FIFA and R6

During the previous week we had the opportunity to follow some of the best duels in FIFA23, CS:GO and Rainbow Six Siege, or R6. There were some surprises, but also some favorites got the expected wins.

Esad lost against CLA_TH3Prod1gy in the biggest surprise of the evening

In FIFA23 second round, a lot of exciting matches were seen. In the first duel, CLA_marac90 was playing against Dani. A big win for Matija Marković after a lousy start to the Swiss stage last week. The competitor of the CLA organization controlled the result during this duel and had an advantage all the time that he did not let go until the end.

The second match was a significant loss for esad1memic who lost against CLA_TH3Prod1gy. Tin was calmer in the penalty shootout of the first match, and then a turnaround in the second game in which the champion of the fifth season had a goal advantage, but Skrgatic deservedly celebrated with Mbappe’s goals. The final score was 2:0 (the first match – penalties 6:5, and the second ended with a 2:1 result).

In the Novo – Jasik big duel, in the first match, Jasik scored two goals in the first 15 minutes and managed to keep the lead until the end, even though Novo was only a goal behind at one point with a missed penalty. A completely different picture was seen in the second leg, where Tarik Novo played like in his best days and with 4:1 secured the playing of the third match. Novo took the lead in the decisive duel, and Cumbo equalized by half-time, but then two goals from Tarik continued for the final 3:1. (final score 2:1)

CLA_FIFAFICO and Parla will play their duel on the weekend off-stream. The winner of that duel will play against Novo next week.

TeamForAdria is in the finals of the lower bracket

The first two R6 matches were played off-stream because they could not play the game the week before because of problems Ubisoft was having. In the first match against EU45thGremlins, 5 Big Guys celebrated, and in the second, it was BobTheBuilder who came out as the victor. Both matches ended with a score of 7:5, so it was very tense and in the end, 5BG lacked a bit of luck.

The third match, which was the decider, did not take place, BottomG surrendered the match because they could not gather (internal problems), thus TeamForAdria automatically won 2:0 and qualified for the lower bracket final.

Z10 and Portugal will fight for the first spot in the playoffs

In what can only be described, as a tense week in CS:GO, Zero Tenacity and Portugal got their second win of the group stage. They now have an overall 2:0 score and will fight it out next week. The winner of that match will earn themselves a spot in the playoff stage of the competition.

Team-one had a close game against Opusti se, but in the end, they managed to secure a victory with a score of 16:12 on Ancient. The best player in that match, from team-one was maQuein with 29 frags.

In the second match of the day, Zero Tenacity was fighting JESTE on Inferno. nEMANHA and his team got an easy win against their opponents with a 16:7 score. Z10 simke was without a doubt the best player of that match with 32 kills.

The third match was the most dominant one, for the side of Portugal. The score of 16:3 says a lot about this fact. DEPRESHN and A Ego had an amazing match. Both of them scored more than 20 kills.

The match between Infernus and Confusee was not played on the same day as the rest, but it will be played off-stream.

Favorites justified the role in both FIFA23 and CS:GO!

The first round of the group stage in the A1 Adria League was played throughout the past week. In the first round of the SWISS group stage, we saw favorites coming on strong and securing themselves the first victories, and with each win, they get closer to securing playoffs, and a spot in the top 4.

Bosnian FIFA23 players dominant

We witnessed some exciting matchups in the first round of the FIFA23 group stage. From the qualifiers, we got the best eight in this competition, of which four are Croatian players and four come from Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the first round out of four, as many as three Bosnian players defeated their opponents.

The most interesting match was the last one of the day, a Bosnian duel between two very familiar names in the A1 Adria League and the region. Esad1memic got maybe the hardest opponent in this first round, battling against none other than Tarik Novo, the four-time A1AL FIFA champion. Even though Esad put up a fight, Tarik Novo seems to have in his mind the fifth title, and he is off to a good start. He defeated his opponents with a 2:1 score.

In the other matches, Hara defeated CLA_marac90 with another 2:1 score, as well as Jasik who with the same score was better than CLA_TH3Prod1gy. The easiest win was achieved by CLA_Fico who defeated Dani without losing a game (2:0).

The second round of FIFA will be played on May 12th.

Here is who got the first win in CS:GO

The teams who were successful in the first round of the CS:GO group stage were favorites. They did what everyone expected from them and defeated their opponents. Zero Tenacity, Portugal, Jake Bube, and JESTE got their first wins and are in a great spot before the second round of groups.

In the first match, team-one was battling Jake Bube on Mirage, and the match was intense. In the end, it was Jake Bube who came out victorious with a 16:13 score, where the best player was DiMKE with 27 frags. The most dominant victory, looking at the score, went into the hands of team Portugal. DEPRESHN and Maki got a 16:9 win over team Opusti se on Inferno. The fact that all five players of Portugal had better stats than their opponents says how dominant they were.

The other two matches both got the same result of 16:10. Zero Tenacity bested Confuse and JESTE defeated Infernus Esports. The best players in Z10 were nEMANHA, simke, and brutmonster, while the top fragger in JESTE’s win was HLEB with 26 kills.

The second round of the CS:GO group stage in the A1 Adria League is scheduled for May 14th.

Ivanklar wins the fourth FIFA qualifier and makes it to groups!

The fourth and last FIFA23 qualifier in the 11th season of the A1 Adria League is finished, and we received our best eight players who will continue their battle for the title. The top 8 players are ready for the group stage in this season’s competition, and Ivanklar as the winner of the last qualifier is one of the contenders for the title.

FIFA group stage without Brstimir and Gruby

The rule of this year’s qualifiers it seems to have been “win a qualifier and secure the spot in groups”. For each qualifier, we saw a different player take a maximum of 100 points. This amount had been enough for all four players to make it to the next stage of the competition. As it was mentioned before, Hara (1st Q winner), Jakela (2nd Q winner), Tin Skrgatic (3rd Q winner), and now Ivan “Ivanklar 1903” Klaric, the winner of the fourth, all secured groups.

Besides them, the competition has been fierce, and the best indicator of that is the fact that players like Brstimir didn’t make it. The Serbian player didn’t show his usual performance, and with only 30 points was eliminated. Also, the defending FIFA champion Gruby failed to qualify for groups. Gruby was the runner-up in the 1st qualifier, and there he won 70 points. But after that, no more points came for the youngster, and he was ninth on the scoreboard, while eight make it further.

Excluding the four winners of the qualifiers, some other familiar names secure their spots in groups. Our four-time champion Tarik Novo gathered 110 points and finished in sixth position. Also, Esad1memic was showing determination again and secured himself a fourth place with 120 points. Great results were seen by FIFAFICO who is in second place with 130 points, just below the first seed Harun “Hara” Parla who accumulated 180 points.

The first round of the FIFA23 group stage will be played on May 5th.

Jakela takes the 2nd qualifier out of Parla’s hands!

What a night of FIFA23 competition we witnessed last night! Out of 135 players, the best ones earned points, and got closer to reaching the group stage of the 11th season in the A1 Adria League. The matches were never this exciting, and the fans had a blast. In the grand final, for one hundred points, Parla and Jasik went head to head in a best-of-three series. The latter came out as a winner overall gathering 110 points in two FIFA qualifiers.

Parla and Jasik leading the scoreboard

After winning the first qualifier and earning 100 points, Hara once again made it to the finals in the second qualifier and earned himself so many points, he is basically already in the group stage. After two qualifiers Harun “Hara” Parla has 170 points. The second-best player so far is Đorđe “Jakela” Cumbo with 110 points, who showed a magnificent performance on Friday, April 15th.

Jasik streamed his road to finals on his own channel, and even though his road wasn’t an easy one, he managed to defeat big names such as Esad1memic and reach the finals. There he celebrated with a 2:1 win against Parla. The finals didn’t lack any drama in a single moment of that match, and Jasik won his first qualifier title with a goal in 90. minute in the deciding match.

Esad1memic and Nemanja Misic were leading the battle for the third spot and 50 points. Even though Esad lost against Jasik, he took an easy and routine win against this opponent, ending the match with a 2:0 score. He is now in the top eight, having 50 points, alongside Nemanja Misic, who in two qualifiers also managed to gather the same amount of points. He successfully won points in both qualifiers, sending a message to his opponents, that it is not a good thing to have him on their side of the bracket.

The third qualifier will be played on April, 21st when the battle will continue. Sign up for it HERE!

Second round of group stage brought luck to the favorites

Another week has gone by. The group stage in FIFA23, Brawl Stars, and CS:GO is ongoing. We are over with half of the competition in this stage of the tenth A1 Adria League season. The first week we saw some exciting matches in all the games. iNation and Blink dominated the CS:GO group stage, Salada failed in Brawl Stars and three out of four Bosnian players took their wins in the FIFA competition. The second week wasn’t any less exciting.

iNation secured the playoff; Psihocastic eliminated

Fans had the opportunity to once again watch CS:GO competition two days in one week. On last Wednesday we saw one qualification match and one regular one where teams were 1:1 in the overall score. The qualification match was played between iNation and Blink since they had two wins each, and were on the verge of making it further in the competition. That match was won by iNation, namely, Blink didn’t show up because of another tournament even though they were given one hour extra to attend.

In the other match that was played that day it was KTRL who came out victorious and showed a very dominant performance. They defeated GamePub and got one step closer to the playoff stage.

On Sunday, which is the second play day in last week’s CS:GO competition, we saw one team leave us. It was Psihocastic and Velez Mostar fighting for staying in the league. Velez Mostar took down their opponent with a 2:0 win and is still in contention. On the other side, the competition ends here for team Psihocastic.

In the match between Zero Tenacity and ILLYRIANS who both had a 1:1 score, Z10 came out victorious and is now in a good situation to make playoffs.

OMERT4 and GreekGod at the top; Salada redeemed

In the second round of the SWISS group stage in the Brawl Stars competition the favorites justified their role and got their well-deserved victories. OMERT4 is continuing with their amazing performance from the qualifiers and is now sitting at 2:0, alongside team GreekGod who is one of the strongest teams this season as well. These two teams will battle against each other this Thursday for the first spot in the playoffs. The wins that brought them to this position were achieved against La Aquilla for OMERT4 and for GreekGod it was a marathon match against Jazavci that went to all five maps.

Team Rolex, who won one of the A1AL qualifiers, also got their first victory in the group stage. They defeated Extreme Masters and now have an overall score of 1:1. Salada de Frutas, last season’s champions also got their win and started the climb to the top. They have a long way to go, but this is a good start for Salada and it shows they are not yet forsaken. They were fast and furious in their match against La Remontada which ended with a 3:0 win.

Novo and Brstimir are undefeated

Once again the favorites in the FIFA23 competition are back on top. This isn’t a surprise seeing how both Novo and Brstimir are dominating A1AL for seasons now. It was always Novo who secured the titles, but Brstimir is right there with him if we look at his performance. Both of these guys are currently sitting at the top of the leaderboard with a 2:0 score still waiting to be defeated. That will happen for one of them very soon, seeing that in the next round of the group stage which begins tonight they will fight against each other. So either Novo or Brstimir will take the first spot in the playoff stage.

In the other two matches of the second round in the FIFA23 group stage, Sardinho213 and Gruby got their wins. Last week turned out to be bad for Bosnian players. Out of four, only one was successful.  Also, Bruno and esad1memic are not in a good spot right now. They are on the verge of being eliminated seeing as they don’t have a single win. Let’s see how they perform tonight!

Brawl Stars, FIFA23 and CS:GO started their race to the title!

Last week we had a lot of exciting match-ups in all our games. With the start of the group stage, things are starting to heat up. Brawl Stars, FIFA23 and CS:GO started their race to the title in the first round of the SWISS group stage in the tenth season of the A1 Adria League. Here is a recap of the week.

Aloha and Blink dominant

The tenth CS:GO season in the A1 Adria League started explosively. We had two match days, and in the end, the two teams who took both wins and were the most successful are Aloha and Blink. Blink is a well-known team in the region, and in Europe as well. This win was expected from both teams, seeing that they were the invited ones. While the qualified ones had to fight their way up here. Blink took their two wins against ILLYRIANS and KTRL. While the match against KTRL was an easy one for the Albanian team, they had a tougher task versus ILLYRIANS but the final result was 16:13 in favor of Blink.

On the other side, Aloha who also has a 2:0 score after two play days was completely dominant in both CS:GO matches. They defeated Zero Tenacity as well as Psihocastic. Against Z10 Aloha only allowed their opponents 2 rounds, while in the game against Psihocastic the result was 16:3. Psihocastic and Velez Mostar were the teams with no wins so far and they are sitting at the bottom of the standings, while the rest have one win and one defeat.

Bosnian players successful in FIFA23

The new FIFA wasn’t a big problem for the players. The start of the group stage brought us FIFA23, instead of FIFA22 in which the players competed during the qualifications. The first match that opened the group stage in this competition was Novo versus Bruno. The four-time champion didn’t have a lot of trouble against the Croatian representative. It was a clear win for Novo with a result of 2:0. The other three matches all had a 2:1 score, and the players that came out victorious were Encika and Parla, also Bosnian players, and Brstimir as the Serbian FIFA virtuoso. In the end, favorites justified their role.

Salada de Frutas in questionable form this season

The A1AL Brawlers debuted this season in the group stage. We have seen many interesting matches, one almost reverse sweep, and a disappointing performance by the champions.

The most successful teams in the first round of the group stage were OMERT4, who was the first seed, and GreekGod. Both of these teams won their games with a dominant 3:o score. OMERT4 took down La Remontada while team GreekGod was victorious against Rolex, a team that won one of the Qualifiers Cups.

On the other hand, the most interesting match in the first round was played by Jazavci and Extreme Masters. Everything looked like a clean win for the former team seeing as they started the duel with 2 wins. But when Extreme Masters realized it was Bo5, they put it in second gear and almost reverse-swept their opponents. Jazavci however didn’t allow that, winning the last match and scoring in Brawl Ball avoiding overtime.

The biggest surprise was Salada de Frutas. The current Brawl Stars champions in the A1 Adria League are showing bad form since the beginning of the season. They didn’t manage to win a single qualifier, they were seeded fourth and now DzonDzon and his team lost the first game. Salada was against team La Aquilla who defeated them with a 3:1 score.
