How does gaming on smartphones move the boundaries of esports

Esports was at the beginning limited only to personal computers. With the development of technology, it became possible to compete on consoles, and later on smartphones too. It is exactly the smartphones that in recent years have been moving the boundaries of esports.

Regardless of which research you take into account, gaming on smartphones and tablets, popularly called mobile gaming, is a segment that should grow the fastest. Faster than gaming on personal computers and gaming consoles. Everyone who owns a smartphone is a potential “gamer”. A lot of people today play on their phones and unintentionally make the gamer’s statistics. They play games while traveling or while taking a break from daily activities. Among so many players there are those who compete in mobile games. 

This type of gamer exists in our region too and A1 Adria League is showing that for seasons including at least one mobile game in its tournament. Earlier it was the popular game Clash Royale, and in the eighth season, which was held last year, all the lights of mobile gaming were on Brawl Stars. 

Last summer it was the best domestic Brawl Stars players such as Lavvek, Adry, Andrey, and DzonDzon who represented the region in the Clash of Leagues tournament in Salzburg, in which the best players from five Central European Leagues and regional A1 Adria League participate.

Discussions about whether esports on mobile devices are real esports are long over. Smartphones and tablets are today technically so developed that they can support more demanding games too. Big developers and video game publishers have in mind the potential that mobile gaming has. Riot Games studio which made the ultra-popular League of Legends and VALORANT, also published a mobile version of the most popular MOBA game: League of Legends: Wild Rift. Call of Duty mobile has been available for a while now for everyone who prefers shooting on mobile platforms. 

How can mobile esports help women enter esports?

With the growth of esports, the age boundaries of entering the world of competitive gaming are being moved. Regardless of the game, a lot of them are adapted to the youngest players, who very intuitively, using touchscreen controls can experience competitive gaming. 20 or more years ago to achieve this you needed to have some technical knowledge as well as a very expensive, and sometimes, unavailable device. 

Of course, some of them will in the future play on gaming consoles and personal computers, but will at that point already have experienced something that wasn’t available to the Millenials, not to mention older generations. Of course, mobile esports isn’t only meant for younger players.

Female players still make up a very small percentage of active participants in esports. The most popular tournament for girls is the Women Star League Invitational in-game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang if we look at data on an active number of audience and the number of watched hours.

One of the ways in which we could include more females in the world of esports is exactly mobile esports. You wouldn’t need any special equipment for it, and the community isn’t as defined and exclusive as those when gaming on PCs or consoles.

However, for mobile esports or any kind of mobile gaming, it’s important to have a smartphone. That’s how the best regional Brawl Stars players in the grand finale of Clash of Leagues in LEVEL Up Arena in Salzburg competed on Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G devices which at least gave them an even chance with the best players of other countries. 

When we talk about MOBA or similar games, which are more demanding to both players and devices, it’s important to have a fast response speed so you can run the game without any problems. This was exactly what Xiaomi provided to our guys. What kind of device is needed for the serious competition will depend on the game, and of course on the player. Even the smallest advantage in performance in crucial moments can be decisive.

Mobile gaming and mobile esports are already a part of the gaming industry or better esports industry. It will surely grow in the future, as we are even now raising new generations of gamers, professional or not. 

GOOD IS NOT ENOUGH; beat the best in the 8th season of A1 Adria League!

The summer break is slowly coming to an end which means that it is time to announce the new season of the A1 Adria League. Players from all over the region have had plenty of time to improve their skills, work on teamplay, fix their previous mistakes, and prepare for the beginning of Season 8. The game roster remains the same – CS:GO, League of Legends, Brawl Stars, and FIFA will be available to the regional esport athletes in the following months, whether to participate in the league or just follow the action. A1 Adria League is slowly becoming a pillar of the regional Brawl Stars scene, while FIFA is bigger than ever. CS:GO keeps impressing us time and time again and will be featured for the eighth time this season, while League of Legends’ re-introduction to the A1 Adria League made us remember older memories and eagerly expect the upcoming two seasons.

Dimitrije “DiMKE” Veljković has become the undisputed regional CS:GO champion for the fourth time in a row. Split Raiders were on another level and dominated the competition in League of Legends. Tarik “amke2001” Novo was crowned the back-to-back FIFA champion, and last, but most certainly not least, one of the Noble Elite teams, BLK, outplayed the Brawl Stars teams.

With small differences compared to the previous season, Brawl Stars is back once again. We keep stating how Brawl Stars is growing in the region day by day, and that has never been more true than right now. There are enormous amounts of teams playing and competing to reach the next competitive level. A1 Adria League is here to help the players in their journey, as seen recently with the Clash of Leagues where we sent two regional teams to the prestigious tournament.

Two more qualifiers will be added to the qualifying stage of the eighth season. With the total number now being six, teams will have more chances to earn points and qualify for the SWISS stage. Once again, we are featuring a BO5/BO3 SWISS stage which will guarantee that only the very best teams make it through to the double-elimination playoffs.

The 16 best teams of every cup will earn points which will be split in the following manner:

First place – 100 points
Second place – 70 points
Third and fourth place – 50 points
Fifth to eight place – 20 points
Ninth to sixteenth place – 10 points

FIFA

Just like Season 5, this season’s FIFA league will take place during the usual transitional period for the franchise. Regional FIFA players will play a similar format as Supercell’s Brawl Stars. This has been an exciting year for the regional scene which has had plenty of tournaments so far, and we are sure that the players have prepared well for the eighth A1 Adria League season.

The five open qualifiers will boast a BO2 single elimination bracket with the semifinal and final matches being BO3. After the qualifiers come to an end, the SWISS league participants will transition to FIFA22. The new FIFA22 will be the home of the A1 Adria League during the SWISS stage (BO3) and the playoffs of the league (double-elimination BO3).

Depending on their results, the top 16 players will receive points after every qualifier comes to an end:

First place – 100 points
Second place – 70 points
Third place – 50 points
Fourth place – 40 points
Fifth to eight place – 20 points
Ninth to sixteenth place – 10 points

CS:GO is back yet again! The domination of Dimitrije “DiMKE” Veljković’s teams continued into 2021 and culminated with their victory in the seventh season. But after the season came to an end, a number of teams, most notably 4glory, Marten Gaming, AIRLYA (ex-Good Game), and anlaki have been playing and winning on the regional scene. An interesting season is certainly before us and the time to sign up and be a part of it is NOW!

Besides the two invited teams, six squads will participate in the eight CS:GO season of the A1 Adria League. The top eight teams of the open qualifier will play in the closed qualifier which will give out three spots in the League. The same format will repeat once again, for the second pair of qualifiers. Six qualified and two invited teams will then play a BO3 SWISS stage and fight for four spots in the single-elimination BO3 playoffs.

League of Legends

Probably the biggest format change in the new season will happen in League of Legend’s format. Instead of the Season 7 format which featured national qualifiers and playoffs before reaching the regional playoff stage, this season we will have a simpler format. Regional League of Legends teams will play a total of four qualifiers during which will start a bit later than the other qualifiers.

Two teams from every qualifier will advance directly to the regional playoffs. Here, a double-elimination BO3 bracket will reveal the two teams that will clash in the grand BO5 final of the League. Despite the unexpected troubles and hardships that the COVID-19 pandemic brought to the world, the last year was a massive success for the A1 Adria League project. We experimented with two new titles and we are happy to say that it paid off! In the last season, Good Game Gold and Red had a fierce Brawl Stars rivalry and in the end, the Gold players won the main prize during the Reboot Online Games Week.

CS:GO saw yet another win for the lvlUP core. After a shaky start in the SWISS stage, the Serbian powerhouse bounced back and claimed their third A1 Adria League title in a row. Season 6 saw a mix of FIFA20 and FIFA21 as it happened during the usual transitional period for the football simulation game. amke2001 was the player who adapted to the FIFA21 environment the fastest and he secured first place! Lastly, despite LAZR having a perfect group stage, Nikola and Joža Esports were crowned the Clash Royale Season 6 champions.

The new year brings new challenges!

Seasons 7 & 8 will see the return of one of the League’s first titles – League of Legends. As we bid our farewells to Clash Royale, we are glad to welcome League of Legends back to our main games roster. The other games will stay the same which means that we will spend this year watching two more action-packed seasons filled with CS:GO, Brawl Stars, and FIFA!

The regional League of Legends scene has developed during the last couple of years and we are happy to introduce LOL once again. We are expecting a huge turnout from some of the region’s finest as well as the players that are looking for their chance of becoming the next regional superstars. After all, A1 Adria League has been the region’s talent proving grounds for years and we plan to continue that tradition into 2021 as well.

While the decision to change Hearthstone for Brawl Stars was surely a hard one, Supercell’s arena shooter showed us all that it is one of the greatest mobile esports in the industry. We have collected your feedback and have introduced some changes for the upcoming two seasons of the League.

Instead of hosting a number of qualifiers throughout the season, we will only have four cups and we will be focusing on the group stage of the tournament. The most successful teams from the qualifying cups will advance to a BO5/BO3 SWISS stage that will determine the four playoffs contestants. The four finalists will clash in a double-elimination BO3 bracket for a chance to win their share of the Season 7 €2,000 prize pool.

During every cup, the 16 best teams will earn points depending on their results. In the end, the first eight will advance to the SWISS stage:

First place – 100 points
Second place – 70 points
Third place – 50 points
Fourth place – 50 points
Fifth to eight place – 20 points
Ninth to sixteenth place – 10 points

While being a completely different game from Brawl Stars, we have found out that similar formats bring the best out of both of the games. Season 7 will once again be played on PlayStation 4. Four qualifiers will precede the SWISS stage that will see our regional FIFA players fight for the four playoffs spots.

The SWISS stage will boast a BO3 match format, while the final stage will be played in a double-elimination bracket that will once again crown our new football champion in the region.

Once again, the 16 competitors that have secured the top spots will earn points that will be split in the following manner:

First place – 100 points
Second place – 70 points
Third place – 50 points
Fourth place – 40 points
Fifth to eight place – 20 points
Ninth to sixteenth place – 10 points

Five years and six A1 Adria League seasons and CS:GO in the region is stronger than ever! The teams are preparing and a huge shuffle has been happening in the Adria regional scene during the last months while everyone awaits the return of the king of FPS games – Counter-Strike. We will feature a similar format for Season 7, with small changes in the teams that will be participating in the League.

This season, six of the eight League teams will join us by playing two qualifying cups that are open to the whole region. Last season’s winners will receive one of the two direct invites, and a second invite will be revealed soon! We will have the chance to watch a spectacular BO3 SWISS stage once again. The four teams that reach three wins will play in the playoffs event for a chance to become the reigning champion of the biggest regional esports competition!

Organizations like 4glory and ONYX along with all the older organizations that are still a part of the scene are noticing the amount of talent that this region produces and are crucial in the development of the Adriatic scene. It is always nice to see organizations investing in the regional teams and our biggest wish is that the A1 Adria League will help those players and teams achieve their biggest dreams!

League of Legends

Since the first two seasons, our fans have longed for a League of Legends comeback. KlikTech in Season 1 and ASUS ROG ELITE in Season 2 were the best teams at the time and now it is time to decide who will be the champion of the seventh A1 Adria League season. We have prepared an interesting format for all the teams from every country in the region so that each one of the countries included in the A1 Adria League will have their own team represent them in the group stage.

The eight countries in the region will each host two qualifying cups which will earn four teams a spot in their respective National League. The eight National Leagues will have a double-elimination BO3 bracket. The teams that survive this stage will play the Regional Playoff – another double-elimination bracket that will culminate with a Best of 5 grand finals match.

A1 Gaming Weekends return with PES and TEKKEN!

After coming back from a brief hibernation, it’s time to warm up your mouse and keyboard with the upcoming two seasons of the League by hosting two A1 Gaming Weekend tournaments!

The A1 Gaming Weekend cups were an unforgettable part of the last year. Before, during, and after the seasons, the A1 Gaming Weekends were here for the players that didn’t have their favorite games included in the League, as well as for the fans that were eager to watch some action in the days when the League wasn’t on.

This time, we will host two A1 Gaming Weekend tournaments. The first one will feature PES e-Football 2021, while the second one will be TEKKEN 7.

TEKKEN 7

While PES2020 is a known game for the Gaming Weekend series, our other title, TEKKEN 7 is making its debut on the 13th of March. This fighting game is one of the pillars of the loyal and competitive FGC community. As we could witness on multiple occasions before, TEKKENs fighter diversity, big skill cap, and talented regional player base, make it the ideal pick for our second A1 Gaming Weekend title.

The A1 Gaming Weekend – TEKKEN 7 by Zagreb Tekken Showdown will be played using the Smash.gg platform, as it is one of the most famous platforms for this particular title. The fifth season of A1 Adria League surprised us all. The new titles – Brawl Stars and FIFA really showed the potential of these games in our region and we are really happy that we chose to feature them. But now, after the season came to an end, it is finally time to announce the sixth season of the A1 Adria League.

Season 6 will be much longer than our previous season and it will have formats that will let us see even more high-quality matches. The prize pool has a massive increase compared to the fifth season, so we encourage everyone to sign up and try their best to win their share of rewards in this season. In the span of the next three months, we will watch the best FIFA, Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, and CS:GO players in the biggest esports competition in our region.

Brawl Stars returns in the sixth Season!

During the last few months, we had the chance to watch the regional Brawlers battle it out in the first-ever A1 Adria League Brawl Stars season. The seven played qualifiers culminated in the double-elimination playoffs that saw the absolute favorites, Alpha Elite, be crowned the first Brawl Stars champions.

The sixth season will feature a similar format to the previous one. Instead of seven, we will now have 13 qualifiers from which the best eight teams will secure a spot in the offline finals. The total prize pool for this season will be €2.600, with the best team bringing home €1.000.

Clash Royale in the sixth season!

Six seasons of A1 Adria League, six seasons of Clash Royale! We will be stepping in the Arena once again after an amazing fifth season with even bigger awards for the best teams. We introduced the team system in Clash Royale in the last season, and the players loved it! The 1v1, 2v2, and KOTH modes let us see many more games being played than usual and PvtMole was there to entertain us and cast the games on an amazing level. In the end, Crusher Esports took the first place while Emperiial and Totem Esports followed at second and third, respectively.

Clash Royale will have the same prize pool as Brawl Stars. We will see a double round-robin format and the playoffs will once again feature the Gauntlet format. The five invited teams will be challenged by the best team from the qualifiers in the Arena. The group stage will last for 10 rounds and we will see the top four teams advance to the LAN finals. In case the offline finals are unable to take place due to quarantine measures, the playoffs will be played online.

FIFA in the sixth Season!

FIFA made its comeback as a featured game during the last season. The guys from the FIFA Balkan Community along with our staff did a great job of organizing the qualifiers and the playoffs. We saw a massive turn out from the players as everyone was excited to compete in the League and at the very end, esad1memic claimed the first prize. Jasik came close second and amke was the better player in the third-place decider.

As FIFA is a franchise that releases a new version of the game every year, our sixth season will be a bit different from the fifth one. We will have a total of nine qualifiers and three online playoffs series. First, the players will have a chance to compete in FIFA20 and at the end of August one player will secure a spot in the LAN finals. The second trio of qualifiers will be held during September which will see one more FIFA20 player advance to the offline event. As FIFA21 releases on the 6th of October, we will start the last trio of qualifiers on the 10th. The competitors will have their last chance at qualifying during the month of October and in the end, the last two players will earn their spot at the offline playoffs in Zagreb. FIFA will boast a prize pool of €2.150 and we are expecting to see even more players sign up and be a part of the qualifiers!

CS:GO in the sixth Season!

Just like Clash Royale, CS:GO has been with us since the very beginning of the League. The fifth season reminded us yet again of how exciting the regional CS:GO scene really is. lvlUP, Blink, QSKE, and GamerS1337 survived the SWISS Stage and advanced to the double-elimination playoffs. lvlUP played the playoffs with Luka “emi” Vuković and their coach Darko “soLo” Mitić and still managed to outplay their opponents and win the League. Blink came in second, while the Macedonian powerhouse, QSKE, finished as the third-best team of the season.

Blink and lvlUP, the top two sides from the fifth season will receive a direct invite for this upcoming season of the League. The remaining six teams will be decided by a combination of open and closed qualifiers. First, we will host two open qualifiers in which the best four teams from each will advance to the first closed qualifier. The closed qualifier will have a BO3 single-elimination format, and the best three teams will advance to the completely BO3 SWISS League. And if you thought that that is all, you are wrong – we have prepared €11.000 for the very best teams in the League to split between each other.

During the last year, we witnessed two action-packed seasons of A1 Adria League filled with high-tier competition and incredible esports stories that unfolded at the Reboot Infogamer finals. QLASH Gaming’s Nikola was crowned the undisputed, back-to-back Clash Royale champion after winning both the 3rd and 4th season, while in the CS:GO part, ex-BLUEJAYS managed to dethrone Team uNIQUE in front of a fully-packed A1 5G arena at the Infogamer finals. reqvam was crowned champion in the third season of Hearthstone but also lost the title to Paljuha in November – and ultimately we saw Tim 123 and Level Up splitting the prey in the Dota2 tournament.

Another year of amazing Esports action

2020 will continue in a similar fashion! A1 Adria League returns with two new action-packed seasons of amazing esports action. In the 5th season, Adria gamers will get the opportunity to compete in four games – Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Clash Royale as returning titles will be joined by FIFA20 and Brawl Stars!

Just like in our previous adventures, we want A1 Adria League to be a proving ground for up-and-coming Esports talents in the region. Considering the threats of the COVID-19 crisis, the fifth season will be fully-played online, and we see it as a perfect opportunity to provide a spotlight for some new Esports communities to show their finest players and teams.

While both Hearthstone and DOTA2 were spectacular to watch and we saw regional players of the highest calibre competing, we decided to put it on hold for the upcoming two seasons. We want to thank everyone from the Hearthstone and DOTA2 world – staff, talent, players and fans that helped make the last two seasons great for everyone.

Brawl Stars in the fifth Season!

Brawl Stars has been taking the world of mobile Esports by storm! After witnessing some great efforts by Supercell on building competitive foundations with their Monthly Championship Challenge, we have decided to test the regional waters provide a platform for Adria Brawlers to showcase their skill.

The qualifiers for Brawl Stars will begin on the 7th of May and will be played every Thursday for the following seven weeks. The qualifiers will be played in a single-elimination format, while double-elimination will decide the best team in the playoffs. The team that has not been eliminated in an open qualifier will be declared the winner of that week’s qualifier.

Every qualifier brings points that are distributed in the following way:

  • First place – 100 points
  • Second place – 80 points
  • Third place – 60 points
  • Fourth place – 40 points
  • Fifth to eight place – 25 points

The teams with most points in all the seven open qualifiers will earn a spot in the online playoffs where they will play the double-elimination format.

Clash Royale in the fifth Season!

The fifth season will feature only one open qualifier for Clash Royale, while the other competitors will get direct invites to the tournament. The best team from the single-elimination qualifier will advance to the Round-Robin Group Stage (each of the competitors play each other).  The first four teams from the Group Stage will advance to the playoffs where we will be featuring the Gauntlet format. All of the playoffs teams will be able to make one roster change by contacting the A1 Adria League management. The roster change must not be a player that competed during the season, and the change needs to be submitted at least 48 hours before the start of the playoffs.

The back-to-back champion Nikola is once again considered the favourite for winning the next season – will he finally be dethroned, or will he remain the Astralis of A1 Adria League Clash Royale? It’s up to you, competitors.

FIFA20 in the fifth Season!

After three long years, FIFA is coming back to the big stage as we are ready to find out who will steal the throne from Edinho. The development of Adria community has been a joy to watch thus far and we are eager to find out who are the best regional competitors at this moment.

The FIFA20 League will begin with the Open qualifiers – an unlimited number of players will be able to participate in the seven single-elimination open qualifiers. The matches during the qualifiers will be played in BO1 mode until the best four teams are decided. The first four teams will play BO3 games and the best team will be decided.

Every qualifier brings points, and they are split in the following manner:

  • First place – 100 points
  • Second place – 70 points
  • Third place – 50 points
  • Fourth place – 40 points
  • Fifth to eight place – 20 points
  • Ninth to sixteenth place – 10 points

Eight players with the most points earned through the qualifiers will be competing in the second stage of the tournament – the SWISS League. Competitors will be paired against each other using a set of rules designed to ensure that each competitor plays versus an opponent with a similar running score, but not the same opponent more than once. The players that successfully secure three wins will advance to the single-elimination BO3 playoffs.

We are excited to see the best dribbles, free kicks and Tiki-Taka players that this region can offer. Who will repeat Edinho’s success from the first season this time?

CS:GO in the fifth Season!

A1 Adria League has been the home to superstars for three years now. Nexa, huNter, LETN1 and emi proved their worth with CR4ZY at StarLadder Major in Berlin, while juanflatroo and synnopsy from Team uNiQUE signed professional contracts with Team Secret. The Serbian powerhouse JUGGERNAUTS, our reigning champions are constantly showing good results on the European scene and had some great runs in Minor and FLASHPOINT qualifiers.

The Adriatic scene is constantly producing new talent, so we are eagerly waiting for the new season to find out who is the best regional Counter-Strike competitor.

The eight teams competing in the SWISS League will be determined through four Open qualifiers. An unlimited number of teams will be able to participate in the single-elimination qualifiers where a BO1 mode will be featured until the semi-finals, which will be played in a Best of 3 mode. The best two teams from each qualifier will secure a spot in the SWISS League.

In the second stage, teams will play a SWISS League which fill decide the best four teams that will be advancing do the playoffs. The league will be played in a BO1 format with the decider games being played as BO3 matches. Four teams that will get three wins in the SWISS League will play a double-elimination format in the playoffs, with all the games being played as Best of 3 matches.

Hearthstone LAN Finals

The same as last year we will have the best 4 of our HS players compete for the title!

Let us introduce the player that will be duking it out on the main stage.

1. Reqvam – the home soil favourite, he managed to defeat everyone in the online playoffs so all eyes will be upon him and everyone is going to be gunning to counter him and thinking of ways how to defeat him.

2. Dimi – well known throughout the region almost always manages to qualify for LAN and has been consistent these past few years, in the online playoffs, he only lost to Reqvam (Twice) once in the upper winner finals and once in the grand finals, if he manages to find a way to overcome him on the main stage the trophy won’t be far away.

3. Uberkaiser – at this point a famous face in the HS Adria community a streamer and a frequent HS competitor he won a few national tournaments but will he have the same success on foreign soil, we await to find out!

4. Paljuha – another regular streamer and glory-seeking player he will have the advantage of the home crowd as well, he knows what he needs to do and we can’t wait to see him try it on the main stage.

Let us introduce the player that will be duking it out on the main stage.

1. ConeKorleone – The most famous name of all of the finalist, he has played every Adria cup so far and this is his 2nd consecutive LAN finals appearance, last year he didn’t quite manage to take home the trophy but a new year equals a new chance!

2. Nikola – He outperformed everyone except for ConeKorleone in the playoffs, he only dropped games to him therefore if he somehow manages to take him down his chances for the title will rise significantly.

3. BrunoBlaze – another familiar face he played most of Adrias CR cups he was close to reaching the LAN finals, however, this year he is definitely here and he has the advantage of home soil we can’t wait to see how performs on it!

4. tomoismaster –  fresh face in the lot, we hope he brings some innovation and since we can’t know what to expect it will be the same for the players and he might have an advantage due to it.

The stage has been set the actor made known the only thing is to get this show started!

Let us introduce the teams that will be performing in front of everyone in Zagreb.

1. BLUEJAYS – at this point ex-Bluejays due to some internals problems the player’s decision to compete under the name ex-Bluejays. They had a phenomenal run throughout the group stage only dropping one single map to Unique, a team that they recently characterized as a team full of high performing individuals that are really hard to play against. Good thing they won’t be facing them in the semifinals but rather they will play against Vilay eSport. They are coming into the LAN finals as the favorites with their almost perfect track record we just hope that the recent organizational problems don’t affect their play.


2. uNique.Xportal – they came out blazing in the group stage, they didn’t lose 2 maps to any team and were the only ones to take a map of Bluejays, nobody should judge them with last years setup they are currently in their strongest form and they do not show any signs of weakness. Their opponent in the semi-finals will be team Jeste they managed to take both maps from them in the group stage, will it be a repeat of that encounter or will team Jeste manage to exploit some weakness, we and the crowd are eagerly expecting to see the result of these 2 teams crashing against each other!

3. Vilay eSport – Showing a strong performance overall only dropping two maps to Bluejays in the group stage which they will have to face in their semifinals match again, as Miloše “dEE” Marčeta recently said in the interview they can’t wait to play v.s their friends in Vilay eSport. Nothing is yet written in stone and the crowd might have an influence in the matches outcome we have some local fan favorites in the team like Luka “Brky” Brkanac the de desk analyst from previous years LAN finals, we can’t wait to see him perform on the other side of the action, best of luck to all of you!

4. JESTE – Rocky performance in the group stage which made them start of the online playoffs from the lower bracket but hey they overwhelmed everyone in it without dropping a single map they won the online playoffs and they don’t want to stop their dominance, they will be facing Unique in their semifinals match. In the group stage they lost both maps v.s them but a new stage a new crowd, they already showed that when their back is against the wall that they show no fear will they manage to show the same commitment and result as they did in the playoffs we are dying to find out!

Let’s take a moment to thank all of the team throughout the whole grope stage for giving us such amazing and thrilling matches and we think that the best is yet to come, therefore, do not miss the action.

Season 4 LAN Finals

For the third year in a row, the LAN finals of A1 Adria League will be part of Reboot InfoGamer – one of the biggest gaming fairs in Europe!

The best gamers from all over the region will occupy the A1 Adria League hall across the three days (15th – 17th of November). They will be competing at the state of the art stage one the best players in the region deserves. Everything will be happening in front of a live audience!

Clash Royale & Hearthstone

We will kick things off with Clash Royale and Hearthstone finals on the 15th of November. In each game, four best players will be competing in double-elimination format for the glory and the majority of the 1500 Euros prize pool.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

Day after, on Saturday 16th of November four CS:GO teams that proved to be the best in the online part of the League will get a chance to be crowned the champions of A1 Adria League Season 4. A single-elimination format does not allow mistakes. The prize pool for CS:GO is 10.000 Euros!

Last year Valiance&CO and Locastc Esports put out a real show in the semis. It remains to be seen which teams will be causing the most hype in Season 4!

Dota 2

The last day of the LAN finals and Reboot InfoGamer is reserved for Dota 2. For the first time ever in the history of the League will be having LAN finals for MOBA that defined the genre. The format is the same as for CS:GO and so is the prize pool.

General Info

Reboot InfoGamer 2019 will be held at Zagrebački velesajam from the 12th of the 17th of November. New games, esports, new hardware, giveaways, influencers and much more awaits you in new edition of the biggest gaming fair in this part of Europe.

A1 Adria League LAN finals will have their own hall with additional activities for visitors as well as some news we are not allowed to publish yet. Keep in mind that in order to visit the A1AL LAN finals you will have to buy a ticket for the fair. All information can be found on the official pages of Reboot InfoGamer.

For all those who won’t be able to join us all matches will be live streamed on official A1 Adria League channels.
