Hearthstone LAN Finals

The same as last year we will have the best 4 of our HS players compete for the title!

Let us introduce the player that will be duking it out on the main stage.

1. Reqvam – the home soil favourite, he managed to defeat everyone in the online playoffs so all eyes will be upon him and everyone is going to be gunning to counter him and thinking of ways how to defeat him.

2. Dimi – well known throughout the region almost always manages to qualify for LAN and has been consistent these past few years, in the online playoffs, he only lost to Reqvam (Twice) once in the upper winner finals and once in the grand finals, if he manages to find a way to overcome him on the main stage the trophy won’t be far away.

3. Uberkaiser – at this point a famous face in the HS Adria community a streamer and a frequent HS competitor he won a few national tournaments but will he have the same success on foreign soil, we await to find out!

4. Paljuha – another regular streamer and glory-seeking player he will have the advantage of the home crowd as well, he knows what he needs to do and we can’t wait to see him try it on the main stage.

You will be able to follow the action as always on our channels, however, don’t miss your chance for real live-action and join us at Reboot Infogamer  Zagreb

Dota 2 LAN Finals

After 8 weeks of intense group stage action and an amazing display of skill in the playoffs, we finally have our 4 finalists that will be facing v.s each other at the LAN finals.

First, we have the 2 teams that qualified directly from the group stage:

1. Level Up – at the beginning of the league we already listed them as one of the favorites and they lived up to the expectation until now, with the seasoned captain and leader of the organization Viktor “Buktop” Knezević being at the helm of the action, the fans will be expecting the same performance that they have seen so far from them and we are confident that they will deliver, they will be facing The Last Jedi in the semi-finals. From what they showed in the group stage “Boranija-s” Pangolier seems to be the hero that none had an answer to, the other teams should definitely think twice if they are willing to go up against it. They haven’t dropped 2 consecutive loses against any team in the group stage which cemented their spot in the LAN finals.

2. Tim123 – the 2nd favourite that we picked out and oh boy it looks like there is no stopping them. With Dino “dnz” Šavuk leading them through thick and thin with his Rubick & Mirana they also managed to dominate the group stage and qualify directly to the LAN finals, they only dropped 2 games to XDS in the group stage. Their first opponent to the title of champion will be Team Serbia, and they better try to find an answer for Swiftendings hyper carry picks like Gyro or Naga because if they can’t stop him early oh boy disaster approaches late. Tim123 will have the advantage of the home crowd but will that be enough? Come to the live show and find out!

Now for the teams that managed to win the online playoffs:

3. Team Serbia – the winners of the online playoffs crawling out from the lower bracket they managed to overcome every obstacle and to win the playoffs until now, the real challenges are still to come their first opponent on the LAN finals will be Tim123 we can’t wait to see what they have in store for them. Nikolica seems to be their forte with his Void and Wraith King if the others in his team can create enough space for him he might turn the tides on one of the favorites on the LAN finals we can only enjoy the show!

4. The Last Jedis – they managed to win the upper finals in the online playoff but dropped the match at the end to Team Serbia, last but certainly, not least they earned their spot on the grand stage and their first opponent will be the veteran team LeveL Up, they did manage to take one round v.s them in the group stage but can they go toe to toe with them in a series on a stage? That awaits to be seen and we can’t wait to partake in it together with the crowd. Their strongest picks seem to be Crystallis on Monkey King and Ember Spirit with Solji backing him up with OD.
All in all, we expect a good series!

The journey was long and tough but we are finally down to 4 teams all of them are here, for one thing, the title of champion, however, if it was easy everyone would have it, therefore, struggle, endure and show to everyone live that you had what it takes and that you were a champion all this time!

LAN finals will be played in a double-elimination format with finals being the Bo3 series!

10:00 LVLUP vs. The Last Jedis

11:30 Tim123 vs. Team Serbia

Introducing the new format for Hearthstone – The Shielded Conquest

As many of you already know, in the middle of the Hearthstone qualifiers for the A1 Adria League Season 4 Blizzard changed the format of all of their official competitions from Specialist to Shielded Conquest.

In agreement with Blizzard, we will also make the same change. Starting with the Open Qualifiers in October we will be using Shielded Conquest. Hopefully until the end of Season 4. It’s important that players compete in the same format throughout the whole competition but the main reason still cannot be announced publicly. For that one, you’ll have to be patient just a little bit more.

The Shielded Conquest – How does it work?

  • It’s a best of three series
  • The two battling players bring four decks, each from a unique class.
  • The match starts with a Shield Phase where both players will choose one of their own decks to “protect” that cannot be banned.
  • Each player will then ban one of their opponents’ decks, removing it from the pool.
  • Each player then selects which of their eligible decks they would like to play first, then begin their first game of the match.
  • After the first game has concluded, the winning deck is removed from the pool before both players pick which of their remaining decks they would like to play next.
  • If after the second game one player is 2-0, then the match is over!
  • If the score is 1-1, then the winning deck from the second game is removed from the pool and both players will choose their third and final deck to decide the series.

One of the biggest problems with the old Conquest format was that the player had to win with all of his decks but this way, you’ll only have to win with two of them!

We hope the new change will light up your will for competition even more! We have only four spots left open in the Online Playoffs so make sure to qualify for them during October.

First Open Qualifier for October will be played on Saturday the 5th!

Meet the invited CS:GO teams – Locastic Esports and BLUEJAYS

Two teams will be joining us in the Group Stage of A1 Adria League Season 4 and they are Locastic Esports and BLUEJAYS! Welcome to the League boys.

Locastic Esports

Croatian powerhouse name made for themselves during the Season 2 of A1 Adria League. They managed to beat Valiance&CO (now CR4ZY) in the Group Stage but fell short on the LAN finals. They also managed to qualify for the LAN finals of ESL SEC Season 8 in Bucharest!

They didn’t just show us good games on servers, but on social media as well by setting up an example for other esports teams in the region. We are expecting nothing less of them in the upcoming season.

The important thing to note is that initially invite was sent to CR4ZY, the best CS:GO team in the region, but they decided to not accept it because of other obligations.

Guys from BLUEJAYS are putting up a lot of work past few months and they’re now ranked 67th team in the world! They are considered second-best team in the region just because no one can match CR4ZY at this point in time.

Now they’ll get a chance to prove it. They will be joining Locastic Esports, Vilay Esports and uNiQUE in the Group Stage of A1 Adria League Season 4. For sure, everyone will be looking to
