There are two CS:GO qualifiers left for the ninth season of the A1 Adria League and now you can stream them to your fans! After BLINK and XTEAM secured their spot in the group stage there are two qualifiers left. We are looking for four more teams to join the battle for 5000€!

How to stream A1 Adria League CS:GO qualifiers?

Qualifiers for CS:GO will be played on the 17th and 24th of April.  If you want to stream the qualifiers make sure to follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the contact form for the community stream. You will need to provide only your Discord handle, email, and link to your stream.

  2. Follow important rules:
    – No rights of third parties are violated (these include copyrights, trademark rights, etc.)
    – No content is shown that is racist, homophobic, defamatory, obscene, libelous, or glorifies violence
    – No applicable laws are violated (especially criminal law and youth protection)
    – No advertising for the following products or services is actively integrated: nicotine, alcohol, cannabis, and other addictive substances party politics, especially election advertising, pornography gambling, lotteries, casino, poker, sports betting, or comparable item or in-game currency trading outside of first-party platforms or official offerings online key sales, insofar as these do not involve licensed dealers automated pop-ups, upon which the streamer exercises no influence, are principally permitted and are excluded from the criteria for exclusion listed above.
  3. Make sure you add this image to your stream and include A1 Adria League or A1AL Qualifiers to your title (example: A1AL S9 Qualifiers // A1AL S9 Qualifiers stream today!). The image found on the link above should be visible on stream at all times, like in this example. (besides while playing ads):
  4. After you are finished streaming the qualifiers, send the following to the email info@adria.gg: “hours streamed”, “average concurrent viewers”, and “peak concurrent viewers”. It should look something like this:
    1. hours streamed: 5
    2. average concurrent viewers: 10
    3. peak concurrent viewers: 15
  5. You all are done! Streaming will be enabled for all the participants of the A1 Adria League Season 9 qualifiers.
  6. Your information and stream stats will only be used to improve the League and they won’t be published publicly at any time or for any reason.
  7. If you give your permission we will include your stream in the promotion post to notify A1AL fans where they can watch the qualifiers.

This way you will be able to stream all of your games during the qualifiers!

Everything you need to know about VALORANT qualifiers

One of the most requested titles finally joined the A1 Adria League. Inspired by the Counter-Strike series of tactical shooters, VALORANT takes 5v5 action to another level. On the first day of the beta, VALORANT amassed the second most concurrent viewers for any game ever on Twitch, with 1.73 million viewers tuning in across dozens of streams. Since its release, it developed into a full-scale esports ecosystem with millions of players and fans worldwide.

 

In Season 9 of the League VALORANT will be played in two phases. The first phase will be an open qualifier played in a single-elimination format. Most of the matches will be Best-of-1. Deciding matches for the top 8 will be the Best-of-3 series. This way we’ll get the best teams that will compete in the playoffs. Similar to League of Legends, the first Saturday is reserved for the qualifiers, while the second one, a week later, is for playoffs. The playoffs format is a bit different. It’s an 8 team double-elimination with semifinals and grand finals being Best-of-3 series. Plenty of VALORANT action is coming your way. Watch the League of Legends playoffs of the A1 Adria League!

The four of the best teams in the League of Legends qualifier will compete on Saturday, 16th of April for the prize pool of 1000€! Harmony, GINYU FORCE, DZANGLERI, and Reroot Gaming are the teams we will watch as they battle it out on the Summoner’s Rift for the trophy!

Four teams in a battle for 1000€

Harmony had a convincing showing in the qualifier. The last year’s finalists managed to secure their spot in the playoffs with a 2:0 win over Prolom Voda. GINYJU FORCE bested Cloud Leopards in the same fashion for a spot in the top 4. DZANGLERI outplayed paraolimpijci while Reroot Gaming and Seraphine t3 subs had to play all three matches to decide which team is going to advance. In the end, it was the Reroot Gaming squad that came on top.

The playoffs will be played in the double-elimination format. Semifinals matches will be Best-of-1, while all of the remaining matches, including the grand finals, will be Best-of-3 series.

BLINK and XTEAM first to secure group stage in A1 Adria League!

After a long Sunday, the first qualifier for CS:GO is over. We have seen almost 50 teams competing, but only the best two could advance to the group stage of our A1 Adria League. The first two teams that secured their spot in the regular season in CS:GO are BLINK and XTEAM.

The great return of BLINK

We have been the witnesses of yet another great start of the season in CS:GO. Many familiar faces, and a lot of new talented teams. In the very beginning two, well-known teams were very unlucky to meet each other in the first round. It was Zero Tenacity that was drafted versus BLINK. Zero Tenacity didn’t succeed in defeating their opponents and their journey ended even before it started. BLINK is a familiar team in A1 Adria League, even though they didn’t compete for a few previous seasons, when they did, they always showed great skill. The dominant force in the form of BLINK is back for the ninth season and they made a statement in the first qualifier.

BLINK defeated many teams today, as well as another well-known team in the region Martin Rising. They faced each other in the quarterfinals and BLINK came out victorious. In the Bo3 semifinals, they defeated Seychelles 2:1 and secured a spot in the group stage.

On the other side of the bracket, it was XTEAM that dominated. They had a long way to the finals and beat many familiar teams such as MONAD eSports which are also a very good regional CS:GO team. In the quarterfinals, they took down ghoulsW with the same result as BLINK, 2:1.

Gejmzilla on the side of XTEAM and gulito for BLINK did a great job today leading their teams to the group stage of A1AL.

The first team to secure LoL playoffs in A1AL was Harmony!

The first and only qualifier for the most famous game in the world League of Legends is over. We have seen as many as 22 teams fight for the top 4 placements and playoffs which will be held next week. The winner will receive a 700€ prize, while the second-place team will be awarded 300€.

Decisive performance from Harmony and GINYU FORCE

Teams had a long journey today in order to qualify for the semifinals and playoff in League of Legends. We have seen some familiar names, as well as some new teams. One of the teams that had a good and dominant run until the quarterfinals were Clouded Leopards. Unfortunately, they didn’t manage to defeat GINYU FORCE in the Bo3 quarterfinals and qualify for the LoL playoff. It was team GINYU FORCE who came out of that match victorious, with a clean 2:0 win.

One of the first LoL teams that secured their spot in the semifinals is a well-known team, Harmony. The Macedonian squad also participated last year in A1 Adria League and even reached the finals, where they eventually lost to last year’s champion Metamoon. This year Harmony is also showing how committed and strong they are. With a 2:0 win over Prolom Voda, they managed to qualify for playoffs.

While Harmony and GINYU FORCE had it easy, the other two semifinalists had to play all three games to secure the win. Team DZANGLERI managed to defeat paraolimpijci and be the third team to advance to the semifinals.

The longest Bo3 series was between Seraphine t3 subs and Reroot Gaming. Both teams showed great skill and desire to move to the next stage of the competition but unfortunately only one could. After three matches, team Reroot Gaming managed to defeat their opponents and be the last, fourth team to advance to the semifinals.

These 4 teams in the A1AL League of Legends competition will fight for the title and the prize next Saturday so don’t miss it. The bracket will be double elimination, and the top two teams will be awarded. Good luck!

New player Zizou is the winner of the second FIFA22 qualifier!

We are halfway done with FIFA22 qualifiers. The matches are always more than interesting, as we have shown so far. The same will be for the remaining two qualifiers where the best regional FIFA players will battle for a spot in the group stage of our A1 Adria League. Some of the players have already shown commitment and desire to enter the league but it remains to be seen who will succeed in the end.

Zizou defeated the three-time champion amke2001

The last week we have seen Esad “esad1memic” Memic winning the first qualifier and taking the most point. He didn’t manage to repeat his success this Friday and ended his path in the second round of the tournament. He was not able to find a way to beat Marko “mrky2402” Matancic. Unfortunately, Mrky also got relegated one round after. While Nick “Nh_Panic87” Holste cruised through the bottom side of the bracket. But who else would stop him if not our three-time champion Tarik “amke2001” Novo, who got 5 goals past Nick’s goalkeeper in 2 games.

The upper side of the bracket was mainly dominated by Croatian players. This is the first time for Croats to show this level of domination in the A1 Adria League qualifier. As Karlo “jero” Jerekin last week beat some of the known FIFA players in his first-ever qualifier in A1 Adria League, Luka “Zizou” Simunac replicated his success and reached the finals for the first time too in our League.

He fearlessly entered the first match against amke2001 and got his first well-deserved win 3-2, putting him 1-0 in the best of 3 series. The second game was a cautious one for both players, but in the end, Tarik “amke2001” Novo came out victorious scoring in extra time. Tarik furiously opened the decider match scoring right after kick-off. But Luka came back and secured another extra time after a 2-2 score in 90 minutes. But this time he was superior in extra time and secured 100 points winning 4-2 in the decider match.

In the end, amke2001 redeemed himself for the first qualifier, while another rookie showed how this season’s fight for the FIFA trophy will be a close one.FIFA22 qualifier standings

 

 

The second FIFA22 qualifier is over, while the third one is scheduled for next week. It will be held on Wednesday, April 13th, instead of on Friday, and you can sign up for it HERE. Don’t miss your chance to become the greatest FIFA player in the region!

Zidari took first place in the second Brawl Stars qualifier!

The second qualifier for Brawl Stars is officially over. Last week we have seen a couple of surprises. Last year’s champions Zidari, failed to reach the semifinals, while teams like Jazavci and Dogs really stepped up in terms of their gameplay. While we are halfway done with the qualifiers for this game, it still remains to be seen who will enter our A1 Adria League this year.

In the second Brawl Stars qualifier, we have seen even more teams compete than in the first one. As the first one was a bad one for the last year’s champions Zidari, today they have managed to beat everyone and reclaim first place. Andrey, DzonDzon, and Brankec (Lavvek didn’t participate in this one) showed why they lifted the trophy last season in the first place. They easily defeated team Big F with a result of 2:0.

Zidari received 100 points in this qualifier, while the second-place Big F got 70. Teams such as RaGaZZi and Smetlari did very well, reaching the top of the qualifiers, and both received 50 points each. With a great performance in both qualifiers, they now have enough points to rank in the first eight teams. As mentioned before, only eight teams will advance further into the next stage of the A1 Adria League.

The top two teams from the last qualifier Jazavci and Dogs still remain in the top eight. Here are the standings of the best eight teams of Brawlers after two completed qualifiers.

VALORANT and PUBG – two new titles in A1 Adria League!

We promised more games than ever in the ninth season of the A1 Adria League! VALORANT and PUBG: Battlegrounds complete the list of seven games in which players all across the region will be able to compete and showcase their skills.

VALORANT – Riot Games’ tactical FPS

Inspired by the Counter-Strike series of tactical shooters, VALORANT takes 5v5 action to another level. On the first day of the beta, VALORANT amassed the second most concurrent viewers for any game ever on Twitch, with 1.73 million viewers tuning in across dozens of streams. Since its release, it developed into a full-scale esports ecosystem with millions of players and fans worldwide. What makes it different from CS:GO are mostly Agents and their abilities which bring more strategy and depth to the game. As previously mentioned, it’s completely free-to-play. If you haven’t tried it already, we strongly suggest you do so!

PUBG: Battlegrounds

Previously known as PlayerUnkown’s Battlegrounds, or simply PUBG is a free-to-play multiplayer battle royale game. It was initially released in 2017. Since then it made a huge impact on the gaming industry as well as esports. It’s available for multiple platforms. In the first three days of its Windows release, PUBG made 11 million dollars! More than five million copies were sold in just the first three months of early access. It won Best Multiplayer Game awards on both Golden Joystick Awards and The Game Awards back in 2017. What appeals to the players and fans the most, besides the action, is a simple goal. Be the last survivor in the match! Soon we will find out who will remain the last in the Adriatic region. Following the rules of the biggest and most competitive PUBG tournaments, in the A1 Adria League, Season 9 players will compete in the first-person mode (FPP) on PC.

 

VALORANT and PUBG for the first time in the League

Two new games will be a part of the A1 Adria League Season 9 alongside CS:GO, Brawl Stars, FIFA22, League of Legends, and Clash Royale. We decided to give the opportunity to more players and communities to participate and compete in the League. Both games are popular esports titles with a plethora of regional players. Domagoj “Doma” Fancev and Dragan “element” Milanović already made an impact on the global VALORANT scene. Regional PUBG teams and players are not far behind.

Now there will be even more opportunities for all the VALORANT and PUBG players from the Adriatic region to compete! Both games will be played over the course of two consecutive Saturdays. The first Saturday will be reserved for the qualifiers and the next one for the playoffs. The detailed format will be published in time. For now, here are the dates for VALORANT and PUBG.

League of Legends qualifiers are around the corner!

League of Legends is once again a part of the A1 Adria League. In Season 9 we made some changes to the format. There will be only one qualifier for League of Legends and you don’t want to miss it! The best teams from the Adriatic region will get the opportunity to secure a spot in the playoffs to battle it out for the trophy.

League of Legends is the most popular esports in the world. Throughout the years one of the most popular PC games received a number of accolades including those for Best Free-to-Play Game at the Golden Joystick Awards in 2011, Best Esports Game at The Game Awards in 2019 and 2020, and many others. In 2021 there were around 715,000 players in the game at any given time! It’s still one of the most popular categories on Twitch.tv despite being released 13 years ago. It’s pretty clear why is it still a part of the A1 Adria League.

Last year we saw team Metamoon lift the trophy after beating teams like Harmony and 49% winrate. Now the new journey begins as we seek a new League of Legends champion of the A1 Adria League. The prize pool for Season 9 is 1000€. The winning team will take home 700€, while the rest will go to the 2nd best. Keep in mind that the whole competition will be played over two consecutive Saturdays. One for qualifiers, and the other for playoffs.

The qualifiers will be played in a single-elimination best of one format with deciding matches will be best of three series (quarterfinals). This way we will get the four teams that will be competing for the title. The format for the playoffs will be double elimination, the only difference from qualifiers is that all the matches will be played in the best of three series. One of the requirements for the teams is that at least three players are from the countries in the Adriatic regions (3+2). Don’t miss out on the qualifiers. Andrey: We have an advantage when it comes to the new drafting

The qualifiers for Brawl Stars in season nine of A1 Adria League have already started. We talked with last year’s champions of Brawl Stars, Flow. They are now called Zidari, and the current champions Andrey and DzonDzon told us more about their experience in A1AL and Clash of Leagues, as well as their expectations for the ninth season.

You were big favorites last year. What influenced such good performance of the team?

DzonDzon: There are many reasons for it, but we as a team have been playing together for 3 years, and we have good synergy. Andreyy and me are in the top of European Brawl Stars tournaments so you could say we have a lot of experience.

How did it feel like to play regional Brawl Stars competition of this caliber? 

Andrey: The feeling is great, especially since we are at the top of the region. We also look forward to any new tournaments.

DzonDzon: Its a great feeling since this league isnt a small one, and being the best in the region is a big deal.

This year we are adding three additional games. What do you think about these changes?

DzonDzon: The change is a great idea because our region has a lot of talented players who play in the best teams in the world, so this is their chance to prove themselves and maybe enter the world stage.

Andrey: I think that for sure we should give chance to new games and new players to show what they can do.

 

What was your experience from the Pan-European tournament Clash of Leagues in Salzburg?

Andrey: COL (Clash of Leagues) was one of the best experiences of my life. It’s a truly special feeling to get up on stage in front of hundreds of people and represent your team.

Now, after some time has passed, what was your impression of Clash of Leagues, the Pan-European Brawl Stars tournament?

DzonDzon: A great tournament with the best European teams cant be bad. We hope that COL will be held this year too.

Andrey: The experience was great, it’s just too bad that neither DzonDzon nor Lavvek could be with us there. But I’ll do my best to be a part of the LAN again this year.

Are you also going to participate in the ninth season of the A1 Adria League, and if yes what are your expectations for the upcoming season?

DzonDzon: Of course, we will participate this season, we are more ready than ever so our expectations are high, which is of course first place.

Andrey: We believe we are going to take the first place because we have an advantage when it comes to new drafting in competitive. I believe that in this aspect we have more knowledge and more experience than others.
