Winx Club and Salada de Frutas in the 2-0 SWISS pool

Two weeks in and we already know which two teams currently have the highest chances of qualifying for the playoffs. Here is how today’s Brawl Stars matches concluded.

Brawl Stars started out with a clash between Mayoi and QuickMind. With both teams losing their opening match, this was the match that would decide which team would fall down to the 0-2 pool. After the match’s conclusion, we saw that that team will be QuickMind, who lost the duel without winning a single mode. Unlike last week, we didn’t see four clean sweeps this time around. Even more, the second match between Omert4 and Winx Club went to the very last mode. In the end, Winx Club barely squeezed past their opponents and became the first 2-0 team for the season.

Back to the losers’ half, Dominjo Carry and BalkanTalents played a total of two modes. As one of BalkanTalents’ players was unable to complete the whole match, the team was forced to forfeit. This meant a 3:0 victory for Dominjo Carry who would have probably won the match anyway, seeing as the result at the time of the forfeit was 2:0 in their favor. In the final match of the day, Salada de Frutas outperformed Lightning Strike and closed out this playday with a win.

This week in A1AL: Two spots remain in the LoL league!

Ahead of us is the week that will decide the final two League of Legends teams. In the meantime, CS:GO, FIFA and Brawl Stars continue with the SWISS stage.

Brawl Stars

The first Brawl Stars round was indeed a quick one. Every single one of the four played matches ended with a clean sweep for the favorite team. With no upsets in Round 1, the leaderboard is currently split in half with the dominant teams claiming the 1-0 spots. This week, four new matches will decide which teams will go a step closer to elimination or the playoffs, respectively. Salada de Frutas versus Lightning Strike and Omert4 vs Winx Club – which two teams will advance to the 2-0 pool? What about the matches in the 0-1 SWISS pool? Here are the four matches in this second round:

QuickMind vs. Mayoi
Omert4 vs. Winx Club
BalkanTalents vs. Dominjo Carry
Salada de Frutas vs. Lightning Strike

FIFA

Similar to Brawl Stars, there weren’t major upsets in the first FIFA22 SWISS round either. However, the matches were definitely much closer than in Supercell’s arena brawler and we are eagerly expecting Friday, when the second round will take place. Once again, Tarik “amke2001” Novo and Miloš “brstimir” Majdevac will be paired against each other. Petar “DrPecho” Šušnjar will try to defeat Đorđe “JasikFifa” Cumbo, while Harun “Hara” Parla’s opponent this playday will be Esad “esad1memic” Memić. And in the very end, Haris “edenn95” Lukomirak will try to get his first win for this season versus Emir “Sulja13” Suljović.

CS:GO

We are halfway done with the third CS:GO round and we already know the first playoffs team. That team is none other than iNation, the A1 Adria League first-timers who beat PORTUGAL in the deciding BO3 duel. The second Serbian team that competed in that playday, 4glory, also took a W last Sunday, and their victims were SKUAK Gaming. This week, one of our matches will be between 1-1 teams – Marten Gaming and BLUEJAYS. While it is an important match, everything isn’t on the line yet for these teams. The same can’t be said about JESTE and Young Glorians (who recently became a part of Zero Tenacity).

League of Legends

One qualifier separates us from the regional League of Legends playoffs. That means that the Adriatic teams have only one more chance to make it through to the League. Last time, Fantastic Esports and Mafija Lebrinyja triumphed over every other team in the qualifiers and secured the fifth and sixth League spots. Four clean sweeps in the first Brawl Stars round!

A quick playday is behind us, as all four Brawl Stars matches ended with a clean sweep for the favorites.

Our first match of the SWISS stage was between Lightning Strike and BalkanTalents. The former started the string of 3-0’s we saw this playday. Lightning Strike were better than BalkanTalents in every aspect and their opponents were unable to get even a single mode. The qualifier leaderboard leaders, Salada de Frutas, once again affirmed their favorite spot and their victims today were Dominjo carry. It seems like Dominjo wasn’t able to carry anyone and the team is now in the 0-1 pool.

Do you think two sweeps are enough? The other winning teams certainly didn’t think so. Omerta had a great time versus Mayoi and in the final match of the day, Winx Club were quicker to win the three modes than QuickMind and close out the first playday of this season. With these four matches behind us, the favorites have earned their first victories. You can watch this playday below:

Who can stop Salada de Frutas in the Brawl Stars group stage?

Six qualifiers ended and eight teams qualified. Who will be the Brawl Stars squads that will advance to the A1 Adria League playoffs?

Salada de Frutas are a class above the competition!

Salada de Frutas had an absolutely flawless qualifying phase this season. With a total of 410 points and four wins in the six qualifiers, the team had no competition during the qualifiers, with their only loss being a forfeit. We can all judge just how better they are by the number of points they got – 410. That is 110  points more than what our second-placed team earned, Omert4. Third on the leaderboard were BalkanTalents, a Brawl Stars squad that had a great start in the qualifiers but failed to reach any higher on the leaderboard. Winx Club, another team that has been putting up great results since the beginning is tied wti hBalkanTalents

Lightning Strike, Mayoi, QuickMind, and Dominjo carry complete the list

A name already familiar on the scene, Mayoi will be making an appearance in the A1 Adria League this season as well. Here we saw another tie and this time around, Mayoi and QuickMind couldn’t overcome each other and ended up with 130 points each. Lightning Strike are right in front of them with a total of 170 points next to their name. Last but certainly not least, Dominjo carry will be fighting for their spot in the playoffs in the upcoming month of SWISS playdays.

Brawl Stars

OMERT4 conclude the Brawl Stars qualifying stage with a win!

A week later than FIFA, Brawl Stars has also concluded its qualifying phase. Here is what happened in our last qualifier for the season!

BalkanTalentsEsport had a great sixth qualifier. Their first opponents were Ez Clappers, whom BalkanTalentsEsport bested with ease. Next, they faced pop off, another team with a similar number of points. After they won that duel, they were the first team to advance to one of the semifinals, and their final enemies before the grand finals were Dominjo carry. Dominjo carry were ready to make a finals appearance after going throughout the entire qualifier without many problems, but BalkanTalentsEsport stopped them in their tracks.

A thing unseen so far in the eighth season happened today. Salada de Frutas, the absolute favorites of this season, didn’t want to play today and gave free win to Omert4 in the earlier stages of the qualifier. OMERT4 also outplayed Winx Club and Reborn Legends Esports. The final qualifier of this season concluded with a great match between OMERT4 and BalkanTalentsEsport, and together with Inder45, we watched how both teams fought fiercely to get the last 100 points. Omert4 succeeded in defeating BalkanTalentsEsport and claimed the prize in the end.

With the qualifying phase coming to an end, we know the eight SWISS stage participants:

Brawl Stars

Can anybody stop Salada de Frutas’ reign?!

For the fourth consecutive time this season, Salada de Frutas have won the regional qualifier and earned another 100 points on the leaderboard.

Since they started participating in the qualifiers, Salada de Frutas have yet to be defeated. This qualifier, their road to the finals started in the second round where they met last week’s runner-ups, Interventna. It was as if the bracket was purposedly made to make Salada de Frutas playday as hard as possible. Their next opponents were Winx Club, the second-placed team on the leaderboard, while in the semifinals they met Omert4, who are currently third.

Dominjo carry and BalkanTalentsEsport were the two main candidates for the second finals spot. Dominjo carry were better than Reborn Legends Esports and QuickMind, but failed to pass their last challenge before the finals. They were defeated by BalkanTalentsEsport. The latter had a good run against teams such as Twisted Mind, Omerta Blue, and finally Dominjo carry. Salada de Frutas had no problems this time either and easily closed out the final match in their favor.

Salada de Frutas keep dominating the region!

After plowing over the competition for the third time, Salada de Frutas now have 300 points on the Brawl Stars leaderboard.

In this qualifier, we had great matches since the very first round. Omert4 and Mayoi met each other and the following match saw Omert4 come out as the winners. In the same part of the bracket, Winx Club bested FA Impact and then went on to defeat Omert4 in the Round of 16. Winx Club secured a top-eight spot, but that is all they managed to achieve this qualifier, as Salada de Frutas were in the upper part of the bracket as well. After outplaying Ultra Crnci and QuickMind, Andrey_ & co. were better than Winx Club as well and advanced to the semifinals. There, they met a newer team – BalkanTalentsEsport.

This squad defeated teams such as Reborn Legends Esports and Lightning Strike before reaching the semis, but they weren’t ready to face the level of play the Salada de Frutas players displayed in the arena. Even more impressive is the result of Interventna, another new team that hasn’t played a qualifier so far this season. Interventna eliminated Immortal Balkans Junior from the fourth Brawl Stars qualifier and also bested HELIHOPTERI and pop off in the following rounds. Their great streak came to an end in the finals when Salada de Frutas showed them who’s boss. Check out today’s stream below:

Brawl Stars Q4

This week in A1AL: More cups, more points, more games!

CS:GO’s first SWISS round is coming to an end, and in the meantime, FIFA and Brawl Stars will crown their fourth qualifier’s winners this week.

Brawl Stars

We have a slight map change for this week of Brawl Stars. Instead of Brawl Ball, our regional squads will be playing Bounty. Last week, Salada de Frutas claimed first place after their second consecutive win for this season. Winx Club are currently second with 150 points, and Omert4 are trailing behind by only 10 points. It has been a whole month since the qualifiers started, and we are slowly starting to round up the teams that will participate in this season’s SWISS stage. This week, one Brawl Stars player talked about the current season and his expectations for the League. This is what Protić from Omert4 had to say:

“Hello, I am protić from team Omerta. I am playing together with Bogdan and Brankec. We are currently third which has been good enough so far, but we are sure that we could have done better because we lost important matches to small mistakes. We could maybe have been first or second, but we are satisfied with our placement seeing as the competition is much tougher in this season and a lot of good new teams appeared. Of course, our biggest rivals for the season are Salada de Frutas and Winx Club, and I would also add Lightning Strike here. They started playing together this season and they are already looking great. They are currently placed fourth and they are really close to the other teams.

As far as my expectations are concerned, if we continue with this form, I believe that we will reach the very final stages of the tournament – at least top 4. After that, nothing is certain, as all teams there will be very good and there will be a number of intense matches that could easily end both ways. With enough practice and preparations, I am sure that we could reach the finals and maybe even win the whole league. I just want to say that I am eagerly awaiting the next qualifiers and I wish good luck to all the other teams!”

FIFA

There are only two FIFA qualifiers remaining. After the qualifying phase comes to an end, the best eight players will play a SWISS group stage, but in the new edition of the franchise, FIFA22. Our reigning champion, Tarik “amke2001” Novo continued with his great performance in the third qualifier where he defeated Esad “esad1memic” Memić in the grand finals. The latter played is currently ranked second, together with Đorđe “JasikFIFA” Cumbo (both players have 130 points). Miloš “brstimir” Majdevac and Harun “Hara” Parla are close to the aforementioned players and they are looking to close the difference in the upcoming qualifier.

CS:GO

iNation, SKUAK, 4glory, and Young Glorians. Those are the names of the four teams that played the very first CS:GO playday for this eighth season of Counter-Strike. The iNation squad led by Ivan “choiv7” Živković faced Bledar “BledarD” Dula & SKUAK in a fierce BO3 which saw the former came out as winners after two maps. The same thing happened in 4glory’s match, but with much more difficulties. Namely, Young Glorians nearly upset 4glory on two occasions, taking the game to overtime both times. In the end, 4glory’s experience reigned supreme and they closed out the match in their favor. This week, the first SWISS round continues. PORTUGAL is going to challenge Marten Gaming, while BLUEJAYS will play versus JESTE.
