This season’s PUBG champion is team Grove Street!

Another mini tournament is over as we are getting closer to the finish of the 12th A1 Adria League season. Namely, PUBG got a new champion after three seasons, Grove Street. Read on to learn how they reached the top spot and every interesting detail of the tournament!

Exciting first day of competition

We have seen many signed-up teams and some of the favorites were Sniip, Late to Party, Idemo Bato, and Rock Solid Boys as the first day of the tournament started hectic. On the first map, we saw quite a chaotic midgame as all teams tried to take the best possible positions, and some of the biggest favorites lost key players. Sniip benefited from an early rotation into the center of the zone, which followed them to the very end. They managed to win the Chicken Dinner even though they made a tactical mistake and got separated at the finish.

On the second map, the uncomfortable first zone dictated that all teams frantically searched for an early entrance into it, and Late To Party managed to get through the quite chaotic game the best and was rewarded for its stable and disciplined game with a 4-to-1 situation at the end. They had as many as 12 kills and first place on the ranking list.

Changing the map also brings a total change to the table. The outsiders outplayed numerous favorites, and in the chaotic finale, we fell from 29 living players to only 11 fighters in less than 60 seconds. Ja Genau team shot very well, but he was not rewarded with kills for their efforts, they will have to settle for placing in the top 4. Together as one secured the Chicken Dinner, but they surely must regret that they did not confirm more kills on Taeg.

The fourth map was won by Sniip and his team while the fifth and the most popular Erangel by our champions. And thus ended the first day of the PUBG competition.

Pubg Day 2 and a last chance for the top 8

Right at the beginning of the first game on the second day of the tournament, the underdogs took the opportunity to find unheated favorites, and in the end, we saw four teams from the bottom of the table. Menace did the best, winning the Chicken Dinner, and Ja Genau launched themselves into the top 8.

On the second Erangel, we saw a show of force by Sniip and Late to Party. Both teams “transferred” 10 kills, and in the clutch end, Zeko almost clutched. Still, he lacked a few better shots to secure the win, so Late to Party celebrated.

Vikendi relaunched Ja Genau into the top 8 – Carlo97 was the real hero of this team, as he dominated the entire game. In the late game, he broke key situations twice, first with two huge headshots from AWM on Grove Street players, and then in a 1v1 situation against XGlide’s Needex.

The fourth map saw the final battle between Together as One and XGlide where the latter profited with many kills and a Chicken Dinner. Furthermore, the highlight of the fifth map was a 2v1 battle between the BOMBER team and Grove Street. Woxez handled this situation brilliantly and took the Chicken Dinner for Grove Street with a clutch shot.

Day three saw a dramatic finish to the tournament as the efforts of Grove Street and TogetherAsOne led to a photo finish between the two teams. TogetherAsOne’s bold rush on the last map, where they were forced to chase down an 18-point gap that Grove Street had, led to a head-to-head clash where Molodoct had to clutch and eliminate Grove Street. 

This put TaO in a situation where they needed a Chicken Dinner and 5 kills, which ultimately did not materialize as 4UP intercepted TaO and extinguished their hopes of victory. Moreover, Team Ja Genau must be pleased with the third day of competition as they managed to jump from 9th to third place and achieve the highest number of points earned during this day of competition.

We are getting closer to finals in the 12th A1 Adria League season. The group stage phase has already kicked off and some teams already secured their spot in the finals, while others are just one step away. Read on to learn what happened in the SWISS group stage round 2 in EA FC 24 and EA FC Mobile, and who was successful in the third group stage round in CS2!

Shaq and Ivand dominant in EA FC Mobile

The second group stage round in the A1 Adria League in EA FC Mobile brought two players closer to securing a spot in the next stage of the competition. Shaq and Ivand have two wins and need only one more to be in the top 4. On the other hand, Destroyer lost another game and is now one step away from elimination. He needs to improve his performance or take his chances in a different EA FC Mobile season.

The same goes for Nerko, who played in the first match of the day against Lazar. Lazar won 3:0 and left Nerko in the danger zone. In the second match, two league favorites Shaq and Kayozz battled it out in a derby match, where the former came out victorious.

EA FC 24 is as intense as ever!

In the first match of the second group stage round, we saw many emotions on the stream between Esad1memic and CLA TH3Prod1gy. It was the latter who managed to score more goals and avoid being 0:2 which can’t be said for Esad. However, this isn’t the first time for the A1AL veteran to be in this position and manage to still secure the top 4.

The second match between two rookies of the league played by OlleDobrinho and NemanjaLS92 finished in the favor of Nemanja who won 2:0. This left Olle in a bad position whereas if he loses another match he is out of the league.

CLA Marac in the third match wins against his countryman and mate from the organization CLA Cyber Fico and is now one step closer to securing the next stage. He now has the overall score of 2:0 while Fico is in solid state with one win and one loss.

In the end, the best! Two familiar names and two rivals Novo and Brstimir went head to head in the biggest match of the week. In the region derby emotions couldn’t be surpressed. Novo opened with a win after which Brstimir retaliated making Novo ragequit. However, he came back and celebrated in the end with a big win. One more and he is in the TOP 4. On the other hand, Brstimir has an overall score of 1:1 and a good chance to advance further.

Z10 is in the top 4; Bonanza eliminated in CS2

Unlike EA FC, CS2 is already playing the third group stage round which brought one elimination and one promotion. Namely, Zero Tenacity, the current champion defender, secured the next stage with 3:0. On the other hand, Bonanza didn’t manage to secure a single win and is out of the competition.

The first match of this round was played between Jake Bube and RUR Esports. It was a close match where RUR had a small early lead. However, at halftime, it was 8:4 for Jake Bube. It was smooth sailing for Jake Bube until 12:7 when RUR attempted to come back into the game and almost managed to reverse the game. However, the score was 12:10 when team Jake Bube secured a win with one more victorious round.

The second match between The Suspects and Megnatos finished fast as one player from Megnatos failed to connect and they had to surrender unfortunately.

The third one was another close match between Salamander and Bonanza on Anubis, Ancient, and Inferno, where Salamander came out victorious with a 2:1 score overall and eliminated Bonanza. Anubis was close until halftime where Bonanza performed better even though their opponents picked the map. After that 13:8 victory things began to go south for Bonanza. Things on Ancient really had an explosive ending. The situation was equal for the most part of the game. Half time was 6:6, after which Salamander won 6 rounds in a row. Then Bonanza woke up and almost evened out the score, it was 12:11. In a 2v2 situation on B Site, Miwo (Salamander) outplays the opponent and wins one for his team. Moreover, the third match was pure domination for Salamander as Bonanza only won 2 rounds in the whole game.

In the fourth and last match, two giants clashed. Zero Tenacity and Partizan Esports played two games on Anubis and Overpass, where both maps went into the hands of the defending champions. On Anubis Z10 was dominant. The half ended in their favor 8:4, as well as the game where Z10 stomped the opponent with a 13:6 score, letting them only two rounds. The second game was even more one-sided with Brutmonster on AWP ending the half with a 9:3 score. Only two rounds were given to Partizan after that and Overpass ended with a 13:5 score.

CLA_marac90 won the first FIFA qualifier; Patrizan and MBAPPEEK successful in CS:GO!

The qualifiers for the 12th A1 Adria League started this weekend. We saw intense competition in FIFA23 and CS: GO first qualifiers. The most successful player in the FIFA23 qualifier was CLA_marac90, who won 100 points. On the other hand, the winners of the first CS: GO qualifiers were Partizan and MBAPPEEK, who secured the group stage.

The first CS:GO qualifiers are over. We saw many successful regional teams battle it out on different maps. While everyone gave their best, the two teams who overcame all obstacles were Partizan and MBAPPEEK. They secured their spots in the group stage, joining the two invited teams and last year’s finalists, Jake Bube, and the current champions, Zero Tenacity.

Both teams were a menace on their side of the bracket. Partizan defeated Volt, Cactus Jack, and Achievo Esports without losing a single map. On the other side, MBAPPEEK was better than Kopaci, Team Vertex, and Mutnica Public.

First FIFA23 points grabbed!

More than 50 players competed for the first FIFA points at the start of the 12th A1 Adria League season this past weekend. We saw many familiar names, such as Tarik Novo, Brstimir, Jasik, Hara, Esad Memic, and rest. While some of them managed to acquire certain points, the best player of the first FIFA23 qualifier was CLA_marac90, as he won 100 points. Second place was taken by Hara, who won 70 points, while the third-best player that evening was NemanjaLS92 with 50 points.

The big surprise was Tarik Novo, who lost in the first round. The current FIFA champion and the five-time A1AL winner didn’t have a good start. However, he and the rest of the players have three more qualifiers to improve their score. The second qualifier is scheduled for September 9th. So don’t waste time, and sign up now by clicking HERE!

After Gruby broke Novo’s winning streak in the 10th A1 Adria League FIFA competition, Tarik Novo returned stronger last season and took back what was his. He is now the most crowned FIFA player in the A1AL with five trophies. I’m sure we will see him again with the start of the new FIFA23 season, but will we see a rival strong enough to take him down?

Unlike CS:GO qualifiers, or some other games, FIFA23 has its own qualifier format. Namely, you should compete in all four qualifiers if you want to secure your spot in the group stages of the competition. You can’t win only one and qualify, like CS:GO teams do. In FIFA23, each qualifier brings 100 points to the winner, 70 points to the second place, and so on. The highest chance of advancing has the players with the most points. In some cases, it happened that a player could qualify with only one win from qualifiers, but it’s better not to leave anything to chance as the competition is fierce every season. First FIFA23 Qualifier – September 2nd

After four Qualifiers Cups, the best eight FIFA players will advance to the SWISS group stage. At some point in the group stage, the competition will move from FIFA23 to FIFA24, so there is no time to lower your guard. Keep practicing, and the grand finale will be yours!

From eight players in the group stage, we will eliminate four, while the remaining four will advance further in the competition. The finals will decide who is the best. As you qualify for the finals, you are guaranteed to take money home. The prize pool for FIFA23 this season is 2,300 euros, where the champion receives 1,250, the second place 600, the third place 300, and the fourth earns 150 euros.
