After two qualifiers we have our top 8 teams which will compete for the grand prizes of the third season!

The playoff stage will be played as a series of best of ones, where the lower bracket finals will be best of three and the Grand Finals best of three as well.

The action will be split into two days:

Day 1: 08.06.2019. 16:00 CEST           Day 2: 09.06.2019. 16:00 CEST

And all of us will be able to watch the show and cheer for your favorite team on Facebook, YouTube and Twitch.tv!

Mystique V.S The last Jedis

The first match of the playoffs is Mystique, the first seed of the first open qualifier, they are a full Macedonian team. Their Captain is DaRio and the other team member are HariS-, Stojkov, zipzap, and sikki. Which is the same lineup they used for the EBL 2018 tournament where they, unfortunately, didn’t reach the LAN finals. And their opponent “The last Jedis” which is the 4th seed from the second qualifiers. We wish them the best of luck!

Tim123 V.S Mesano Meso

The second match of the playoff stage is a mostly Croatian team which are considered as the favorite of the tournament. They are led by dnz and the team’s main roster consistest of: Mitch, Swiftending, Jajkan and dzy. The team is has quite a few seasoned veterans Dnz, Mitch and Swiftending, while dnz is widely believed to be the best support player in the Adria region his most recent international success was a brief period of being a part of the Winstrike Team where he qualified for the “OGA Dota PIT Minor 2019 CIS”. On the other hand, Mitch thought by many to be the best Offlaner in the region, he was a part of Fnatic way back in 2012 together with some familiar faces from the LvL UP team and again together in Elements Pro Gaming – Probably one of the best Mix teams from the Balkans to date. Swiftending the only Serbian member of the team who was also a part of the Elements Pro Gaming rooster, he is regarded to be one of the best Carries in the Adriatic region.

On the other hand, we have “Mesano Meso” a mostly Serbian team which is led by BDR and the other team members include: doGGfatherr, Punisher, Ignitables, and Kaznitelj. They will be facing the tournament favorite in their first match, will they rise up to the challenge? Nothing is written down in stone yet, therefore, come and watch the games and cheer them on!

LvL UP V.S XDS

One of the most recognized team not just in Serbia but in the region as well, let’s give it up for LvL Up they are led by none other than Buktop and the main rooster is as follow: PWN, kole, ComeWithMe and Boranija. LvL UP is one of the oldest teams in the region when it comes to Dota 2. They lost in the first qualifiers to Tim123 and we can’t wait to watch the rematch between these two teams, however, they will first have to reach the Upper Finals or the Grand Finals in order for that to happen since they are on opposite sides of the bracket. Buktop is no stranger to being a team captain he led the mYinsanity team back in 2014, and afterward, he formed the now known team LvL UP where he still leads his fellow teammates into tournaments!

Their first opponent will be “XDS” another Serbian team at the helm of their team stands Alexxo followed by his teammates: Stormplayz, Stephan, WTS and kAitorA. They managed to qualify in the first open qualifier by defeating “Squatting Slavs” and “Beshtiya” they begin the playoff stage with a trial by fire!

Marko+4 V.S Squatting Slavs

Marko+4 is a Croatian the leader of the team is Rebi and the team consist of: shpura, TheBlackOni, Deimos, and FarmWithMe. Maybe one of the less known teams but underestimate them and you will regret it!
They will face off in their first match v.s Squatting Slavs which is the most nationally mixed team of the bunch. The main Squatter of the team is Stephen followed by his trusty Squatting enthusiasts: Wingblade, Bokeee, QuickOne, and Jieang. Let us be real for a moment who doesn’t love Squatting Slavs give em hell boyz!

An impressive run and some surprises in the second CS:GO qualifier

Once again CS:GO teams proved that CS:GO is one of the hottest esports in the region. Out of the 25 teams that have signed up for the second qualifier, after a tough competition, only four made it to the playoffs of the A1 Adria League Season 3.

We saw very interesting matches from the start of Ro32. Screamstars had to battle their way through the whole bracket to earn their spot in the semifinals and the playoffs. They started with a win after overtime against team MATE, then defeat Croatian mix Nema Labavo, and just after beating the Dinosaurusi they made it to the final four. Really impressive run by the Croatian side.

uNiQUE, for example, had a much easier path, defeating another Croatian mix to secure their playoffs spot. But the team has recently proven to be one of the best in the region by getting through the online stage of CSadria Clan Championship without a single loss.

On the other side of the bracket, INVICTUS was convincing in their matches, beating Dual Desetkas and INRAGE. Just as Mischievous, the team from North Macedonia, that won 16-2 and after that 2-0 to make the playoffs.

For the first time in the history of the League, we will crown the new champions! Valiance&CO chose not to compete in the Season 3 and other teams got an opportunity not just to win a lot of money, but also to ensure they will compete in the fourth season of the A1 Adria League.

CS:GO playoffs will be played on 15th and 16th of June, and both days will be streamed on the official A1 Adria League channels. Prize pool distribution as it follows:

Teams from Serbia dominated the second qualifier for Dota 2 playoffs

The second qualifier for Dota 2 playoffs of the A1 Adria League is over, and we know the teams that will battle it out for 1925 euros next weekend!

This time around the favorites was dominating in their quarterfinal matches all of them winning with convincing 2-0 against their respected opponents. The final results are three Serbian teams and one from North Macedonia joining the playoffs: The last jedis, LvLUP, Mesano meso, and Squatting.

The best-known team out of the four that qualified through the second qualifier is probably LvLUP, long-standing Serbian esports organization with a rich history in Dota 2. In April their teams managed to qualify for WCG in two games. Advancing to the playoffs of the League was next logical step after they lost to dnz and the crew in the first qualifier. Congratulations to all the teams that have qualified. For the rest – next opportunity is just around the corner. The qualifiers for the season 4 of the A1 Adria League are not that far away.

Dota 2 playoffs of the A1 Adria League Season 3 will be played on 8th and 9th of June. Eight qualified teams will compete in the double elimination bracket with LB finals and Grand Finals being the best of three series. Finalists will secure their spot in the group stage of the next season of the League, as well as the biggest part of 1925 euros prize pool.

In fierce competition four CS:GO teams earned their spot in the playoffs

The CS:GO qualifiers for the A1 Adria League attracted 29 teams from all across the region. In the end, only top 4 secured their spot in the playoffs.

From the start of the qualifiers, favorites managed to ease through the Ro32 and Ro16, but in the quarterfinals, we saw some intense matches especially between Locastic Esports and Vilay Black, and theOverPowered and 0 Sati p2w.

After beating Serbian team Dinosaurusi, Vilay Black managed to squeeze a close win against Locastic 2-1. The new theOP team did the same against the Serbian mix 0 Sati p2w while teams TRTRR and to jeste won in convincing fashion against their opponents.

Three out of for teams qualified for playoffs competed recently in the CSadria Clan Championship powered by A1! Team to jeste is the new one, but with players like shev, DJOKSiC, andr1x, dav, ROGa and lancemi, no one should be surprised by their success in the first qualifier.

Although, most of us expected to see Locastic Esports in the final four, fortune wasn’t on their side this time, but they’ll have another chance in the second qualifier on the 2nd of June. You can sing up for it right now!

The first qualifiers for Dota 2 attracted some of the best regional players

The first qualifier for the newest game in the League was held on Saturday! After an interesting tournament, we found out the name of the four teams that will compete in the playoffs.

Dota 2 qualifiers are played in the single elimination bracket with the deciding games being the best of three series. After busy Saturday afternoon, we had our quarterfinalists.

The first match was between DMN and markoPLUS4, two Croatian teams in which markoPLUS4 came on top in the convincing fashion. Well-known Serbian team LvLUP didn’t manage to scrape the win against dnz, Mitch and Swiftending, the core of very accomplished Croatian players, and the favorites to win it all.

Macedonian Team Mystique bested the Silver City with 2-0, and xDS outplayed another Croatian team in the top 8, the Beshtiya.

Here are the top 4 teams that will compete in the online playoffs of the 3rd season of A1 Adria League with a prize pool of 1925 euros!


dnz, dzy, Jajkan, Mitch and Swiftending playing under the name of Tim123 are the force to be reckoned with in the playoffs. Three of the players were part of the Elements Pro Gaming, professional team with respectable results. Well-known players with a lot of experience competing on the pro level of Dota 2 have their eyes on the main prize. It will be interesting to see which teams can cause them the most problems.

The first Month of open qualifiers is done, and we have our top 4 players from May!

The May qualifiers are over and the competition was fierce! Here is the breakdown of how it all went down.

In the first open qualifier ConeKorleone came out swinging and he won the first cup without dropping a single game, even winning in his first match against the last season Champion Sasaa! In the finals, he achieved a swift victory vs Master Sifu with a 3:0 score.


The second one started off pretty much the same with ConeKorleone destroying everyone on his path, however, Nikola managed to finally stop him and defeat him in the finals with the score of 3:2!

The third open cup of May hosted the most players so far and the fighting was hectic! Sasaa managed to climb up on top with a win in the finals vs Master Sifu, with a 3:2 score, while both of them managed to qualify for the playoff stage!

ConeKorleone, Master Sifu and Sasaa were competing for the first place in all of the 3 qualifiers, however, djumaisop performed admirably with reaching the semifinals twice and therefore qualify as well for the playoff stage

After all of the 3 open qualifiers, we have the top 4 players that have the honor of competing for the grand prize!

A1 Adria Counter-Strike Season 3 – “Right lads, we’re on.” Last year we crowned the double champion Valiance&Co, and now it’s time to crown the new champions.

Locastic Esports the fan favorite from last years LAN event will come at the title with full force, together with some other new names on the scene with well known players like the BLUEJAYS!

A1 Adria Dota 2 Season 3 – Big shoutout to all of the Ancient Defenders of Adria! A1 Adria league is proud to welcome a completely new game in our League. Welcome, all of you Clash Royale fans! A1 Adria league is back and it brought with it one of the most popular mobile games with it and once again everyone is welcome!

Last year we crowned Saša “Sasaa” Mišković as The Champion of A1 Adria League Clash Royale. Will you be the next Champion do you have what it takes to challenge everyone and come out on top? Sign Up and show everyone what you are made of!

Who is eligible to compete?
Everyone is welcome to sign up for the tournament as long as they are coming from the Adria region and you must be at least 16 years old. And one more Important thing signing up for the Tournament is Completely Free, therefore, what are you waiting for?

How do you qualify for the league and where can I sign up?

The 3rd season will work a bit similar to the last season, which means that there will be 3 open qualifiers in May and in June, players will be gathering points by competing in them and the Top 4 players of each Month will qualify for the Playoff stage. The Cups will be played on the ESL platform as last year. To clarify a bit here are the Cups.

How will the point system work for the open qualifiers?

The point system will be the same as last years, for those who didn’t compete last year here is the breakdown of it.

On each Open qualifiers Cup, you will be earning points depending on the round you managed to reach, so:

1st Place – 100 points and 20 Euros (Sounds good doesn’t it)
2st Place – 75 Points
3rd Place – 60 Points
4th Place – 45 Points
5th-8th Place – 25 Points
9th-16th – 15 Points
17th-32th – 10 Points
33th – 64th – 5 Points
65th – 128th – 3 Points
129th – 256th – 1 Point

After the 3 Open Cups in May, the top 4 players with the most cumulative points will advance to the Playoff stage, after that the point system will reset and it will start anew for the next 3 open Cups in June.

For those of you who are wondering yes if you won the 1st place on of the Open Cups, you are allowed to play the next one as well for the 100 points and for that sweet prize of 20 euros.

Fire it up! The League is finally back. This is what we have prepared for you this year.

The last season was a blast! We had a lot of great moments – Valiance&CO defended their title in CS:GO and became the first two times champions of A1 Adria League. ASUS ROG ELITE took their first in League of Legends. In two new games we introduced last season, we witnessed some epic matches but in the end Saša “Sasaa” Mišković lifted the trophy in Clash Royale after beating Dominik “Domi” Štokan and Luka “Vulee” Vulović has bested Luka “Lavvek” Černeli in Hearthstone grand finals.

New, bigger and better regional esports experience with more money for grabs

 

Now it’s time to look ahead and bring you new, bigger and better regional esports experience in 2019 with more prize pool money for grabs! And man, do we have a lot to talk about. Prepare for spoilers!

Two of the biggest changes this year are: Two seasons instead of one and different games in the League. Don’t worry, we are still keeping the number of four games for both seasons.

A1 Adria League will consist out of four games with main focus on PC titles Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Dota 2. Yeah, that’s right. We decided to replace League of Legends with Dota 2, one great MOBA with another one. Also, we are keeping the Clash Royale and we will introduce the second mobile game very, very soon. We came to a conclusion that two PC games and two mobile games are the right mix for us at this moment, so we decided not to change the number of games in the League, but give the opportunity to some other esports that are not getting that much recognition in our region.

Another big change is two seasons in a year instead of one. So in 2019, we will have the 3rd and the 4th season of A1 Adria League. The first will be played fully online during May and June and the second one will start in August after the summer break and it will have the full package including the big LAN finals at Reboot InfoGamer as you are used to by now. The overall prize pool for both season is 30.000 euros! Even more than the last year!

Our goal remains the same. Bringing the esports in the Adria region to a new level! We will try to achieve that by being the proving grounds for regional teams and talents by giving them the opportunity to experience esports and competition on a higher instance. First steps are always the hardest ones and because of that, we want to be your first step into professional esports!

Season 3 of A1 Adria League

Clash Royale

The 3rd season of A1 Adria League will start with open qualifiers for Clash Royale on 11th of May. We will have one qualifying cup every Saturday for the next five weeks in which the players are going to earn points. Four players with the most points after the first three cups and four players with the most points after the second three cups will compete in the online playoffs on 22nd of June. Besides the most points, the winner of every qualifying cup will get 20 euros and the overall prize pool for playoffs is 1000 euros with the champion taking home half of that amount.

The system is similar to one of the last season with weekly cups and monthly finals. It’s just that in season 3 we will have 6 weekly cups and one grand playoff!

Second mobile game will be announced before the start of Clash Royale qualifiers. At that point, we will explain the structure and the prize pool will stay the same for the most part.

Dota 2 and CS:GO

Competition in two of the PC games in the League – Dota 2 and CS:GO  – will start shortly after Clash Royale qualifiers, on 25th of May and will be held in the same format for both games. Saturdays will be reserved for Dota 2 and Sundays for CS:GO. There will be two open qualifiers with four teams advancing to the playoffs. Qualifiers will be played in single elimination best-of-one format with deciding matches in quarterfinals being played in best-of-three series. Finalists of season 3 will also advance to the group stage of season 4!

Online playoffs for Dota 2 with the 8 best teams from qualifiers competing for 2000 euros will be held on 8th and 9th of June with CS:GO playoffs for the same prize pool being played the weekend after.

Season 3 will officially end on 23rd of June with online playoffs for the second mobile game.

A1 Adria League Season 4

The fourth season of A1 Adria League for PC titles will be composed of open and closed qualifiers, online group stage, playoffs and LAN finals. Qualifiers will start mid August after which we’ll have the group stage during the months of September and October. Playoffs will be held right before the LAN finals which will start on 15th of November! Remember, two of the best Dota 2 and CS:GO teams from season 3 will advance directly to the group stage for season 4.

Clash Royale in the season 4 will have weekly cups with 20 euros prize pool each, 2 monthly finals with 150 euros prize pool and four of the best players after the LAN finals will split 1500 euros.

Prize pool for mobile games will be 1960 euros each and of course 10.000 euros for the best CS:GO and Dota 2 teams in the Adria region. Adding up to 30.000 euros for the best players in 2019!
