The invited teams has been announced!

The League of Legends open qualifiers are almost upon us, but before we dive inside the ins and the outs of the qualifier dates, we’d like to talk a bit more about the teams that will we’ve invited to the League.

The first team is Crvena Zvezda esports, the esport branch of the famous Serbian football club Crvena Zvezda. Winners of the European Cup in 1991, Crvena Zvezda has teams in dozens of different sports, and esports are the latest addition to the famous Zvezda family. Crvena Zvezda plans on growing steadily to become a force in the regional (and European) LoL, but also FIFA and Hearthstone.

The potential of the team was recognized by the League and “Zvezda” will be waiting for the qualifiers to end to see who’ll they play against.

The second invited team is x25, well known in the regional scene and the veterans of the last year of Vip Adria League. x25 is one of the most consistent and solid performers in the region, and we’re glad to have them as one of the teams for the League’s second season. X25 placed third in the last season of the Vip Adria League, and will surely look to improve their form and shoot even higher this season.
