The time has come for our first gaming weekend! Here is everything you need to know about A1 Gaming Weekend Fortnite with GALLASANDALLA.

A1 Gaming Weekend Fortnite

On Saturday, the 6th of August all the regional Fortnite players will get a chance to claim the first A1 Gaming Weekend. Fortnite is still one of the most popular games out there. Its battle royale nature makes it a bit harder to organize in an offline environment but that doesn’t mean it still shouldn’t be played. Therefore we decided to spice it up between A1 Adria League seasons.

The competition will be played in a Solo format with five games. It’s free for all the Adria region players so that you can play from home. One of the most important things to note is that you need to have the replay turned on for the sake of the competition. If you thought that we left out the prize pool, you are wrong!

1st place – 300€
2nd place – 100€
3rd place – 50€
4th place – 25€
5th place – 25€

We are happy to announce that Hall of Game powered by A1, the biggest gaming center in Croatia, is now open and available for every gamer in the region.

Hall of Game is located in the recently opened Z Center in Zagreb. The gaming center is a big project that has been in the making for a long time and will be a great place for games from all skill levels to gather together, play, compete and have fun together. Besides the numerous high-end PCs that the gaming center has, there are also other segments dedicated to esport tournaments and streamers, respectively.

When talking about the equipment, a total of 50 PCs are available for the gamers. They each have GeForce RTX 3070Ti graphic cards as well as the newest generation of Intel processors. For FPS players that desperately need a higher refresh-rate on their monitors, the 240Hz Samsung monitors will be the ideal solution to all their problems. You prefer consoles to a PC? Hall of Game has you covered. 11 PlayStation 5s are ready for console gamers who wish to enjoy the newest upcoming titles of the next generation.

If all of that wasn’t enough to catch your attention, we can also mention that the entire gaming center will be connected to an inner 5G network provided by none other than A1 Hrvatska. Here is what the founder of Hall of Game, Marko Matijević, had to say about the project:

About one million euros have been spent on the entire project so far, all in order to realize the vision of a gaming center in Croatia and beyond. We have provided a space where we will unite the best gamers and give everyone a chance to experience how professional esports players feel. It will be a home to many esport tournaments such as the A1 Adria League, a place for training, gaming events, celebrations, and top entertainment.

Over 35.000kn are up for grabs in the Croatian Red Bull Flick 2021 qualifiers!

Red Bull Flick is back with the second edition of its 2v2 tournament, and once again, Croatian players will be able to compete and play against the very best players.

Red Bull Flick 2021 brings a unique format!

We are used to watching Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournaments featuring the standard Bomb Defusal mode. So just the fact that Red Bull Flick is a 2v2 tournament makes it unique by itself, but there is much more behind this competition. Namely, duos from all over the world will participate in national and regional qualifiers to earn a spot in the main event which will be held in Helsinki and has a prize pool of 50.000€. The eight maps featured in this tournament have been designed by Red Bull just for this mode, which means that the quality is of the highest level.

The format of Red Bull Flick 2021 will be a modified team-deathmatch which will see teams try to remain on the leaderboard longer than their opponents. Both teams start the match with 100 points each, and the points gradually decrease over time. For every kill over an enemy player, the opposing team loses a point. However, the main way of deducting enemy points is holding capture points – while a player stands on a capture point, their team won’t lose points, while the opposing team will.

How can Croatian players participate?

Croatian players will once again be able to be a part of this Red Bull Flick adventure. The journey starts with the national qualifiers which will culminate in a LAN environment. Falkensteiner hotel in Zadar will host the 2v2 finals which are set to feature four duos. The team that outplays the competition on the 10th of October will be the Croatian representatives for this iteration of the tournament. The next step of the road to Helsinki will be the regional qualifiers and if our players manage to qualify for the main event, they will play against professional as well as qualified players from all over the world in Helsinki. While the 50.000€ prize pool for the main event is awesome by itself, the generous partners of Red Bull Flick in Croatia have dedicated incredible awards for the national qualifiers as well.
