A1AL Playoffs: LAN spots secured in Brawl Stars, EAFC25, FC Mobile, and CS2

The A1AL playoff stage is coming to an end slowly but surely, and the LAN finale in Zagreb is just around the corner. Another A1 Adria League group stage round was played this weekend. Some players and teams even secured their spot at the 14th season LAN event. Read on to learn how each team performed, and who we’re seeing at the event in Brawl Stars, EAFC25, FC Mobile, and CS2.

Frutas secured a LAN spot in the Brawl Stars A1AL competition

Another group stage round was played and the matches were more than interesting. We saw a lot of exciting clashes between Brawl Stars contestants. Already, we have a team that will be attending LAN, and it’s Frutas, our most awarded BS team in the league and the title defender.

The first match of the day was Frutas against Fantastic eSports (ex 76ers). In an exciting Brawl Stars, El Classico for A1AL, Frutas, and Fantastic eSports—two of the top teams—finally clashed in the Swiss phase. While Frutas ultimately dominated the sets, Fantastic briefly kept fans on edge with an opening win in the Brawl Ball set. For a moment, it seemed they might take the match, but once Frutas hit their stride, it was effectively over for Fantastic, who were outplayed in the remaining sets.

The second match between FBI and Team Cherry was the most intense showdown yet. Although FBI came in as favorites, Team Cherry bounced back from a 2:1 deficit in the sets, flipping the match in their favor with a decisive win in the final Hot Zone set.

The third match of the day finished with team Maestros going home empty-handed. However, despite entering as underdogs, Maestros left the tournament with their heads held high. They put up a strong fight and scored their first Swiss victory in the Gem Grab set. However, LA Masia proved too powerful, finishing them off in the Knockout round.

Last but not least, Gospodin Adry took on Delulu. The biggest upset of the day was this match, where Delulu emerged as an unexpected powerhouse. Though Mr. Adry was expected to win, Delulu, with standout plays from MVP Anton, claimed a sweeping 3:0 victory.

The best four FC Mobile players decided

In the top 8 stage that was played this weekend in FC Mobile, 66 goals were scored across 17 matches. Somzi became the first semi-finalist, comfortably defeating Sava 3:0 overall. He was soon joined by Shaq, the two-time Adria A1 champion, who won his first two matches with scores of 2:0 and 2:1. Although Shaq lost the third match 2:1 to Jaha, who scored impressive goals with Harry Kane, the fourth and fifth matches were thrilling, ending 1:1 and 3:3 without a winner.

The next semi-finalist emerged after a lengthy battle between Nikolas and Havertz, who played six matches. Known globally as an H2H player, Nikolas struggled initially, losing the first match due to Havertz’s formidable Marc Van Basten and precise Heel-to-heel moves. However, he bounced back, winning two matches 3:1 each. After Havertz claimed the fifth match, Nikolas clinched the sixth with a 4:2 victory, securing his LAN spot.

The final semi-finalist, Lazar, recovered from an initial loss to Mahir by winning the next three matches, scoring 11 goals and conceding only one, with 5:1, 5:0, and 1:0 results. He completes the FC Mobile A1AL line-up heading to Zagreb.

Brstimir and Hara from EAFC Group A go to LAN

Today’s group stage was filled with intense, high-quality matches featuring Hara, Brstimir, Amcos, and Cla Tuna. The top performers, Brstimir and Hara, secured their spots for the LAN tournament in Zagreb, showcasing impressive scoring skills. Brstimir finished at the top with 16 points, followed by Hara with 13 points. Both are set to compete at the LAN event in Zagreb with the best of the best.

The first two matches of this A1AL round in EAFC25 were played between Brstimir and Hara. These opening games set a competitive, defensive tone. In their first matchup, Hara equalized with a 91st-minute goal, earning him his reputation as the “king of extra time” for his clutch goals. The game ended 1:1, but Brstimir took the second match with a 2:1 win. Hara then faced Cla Tuna, winning the first match 2:1 and dominating the second with a 3:0 finish. This definitely highlighted his strong form.

Hara also played in the fifth match of the day, this time against Amcos. In that final match of the day, Amcos controlled much of the play, but Hara managed a narrow 1:0 victory, thanks to some remarkable saves from Kasper Schmeichel.

Once again the MVP of this round was Brstimir with five wins, one draw, and zero losses. He scored 20 goals and conceded only six while showcasing his 4-4-1-1 formation.

Next week we will watch Group B matches, and see who will join Brstimir and Hara in the top 4! Stay tuned for more.

Juggernauts and Z10 will play at the A1AL S14 LAN event

Two best-of-three (BO3) upper bracket semi-finals delivered a total of six maps, with each match reaching its final round in an intense battle to the end. Two of the teams that were better than their opponents were Juggernauts and Zero Tenacity who are going to compete in the A1AL S14 LAN finale.

The first duel was Juggernauts vs Kubix. Kubix secured the first map, Dust2, with a score of 13:8 after a strong second-half performance, reminding everyone of their championship status from last season. However, Juggernauts claimed victory on the remaining maps, Mirage and Inferno, after a hard-fought battle. Despite Kubix’s aggressive style, Juggernauts held their ground, ultimately winning 2:1 and sending Kubix to the lower bracket. They will still have a chance to secure their spot in the finals, so nothing is lost yet for Kubix.

In the second BO3 duel, Z10 took on the team 0 to 100. Zero Tenacity dominated their pick, Anubis, opening with 10 consecutive rounds and finishing the half nearly perfectly at 10:2. Although 0 to 100 pushed back in tighter rounds, Zero Tenacity won with a final score of 13:6. The second map, Mirage, was chosen by 0 to 100. They proved Zero Tenacity could be outplayed, securing a close 13:10 victory. The decider map, Inferno, was tense, with both teams exchanging leads. Nemanja, the day’s MVP, struggled alongside Simke to guard the B site, but they held firm in critical moments. This led Zero Tenacity to a narrow win.

Check out the key victories as teams and players aim for TOP 4 stage in the 14th season of A1AL

Another group stage round is behind us, and we are very close to the finale and the LAN event. A1AL competitors in the 14th season are giving their best to secure the top four and their spot in the LAN. However, the competition is fierce, and only the best will be able to advance to the playoffs. Check out who was victorious this weekend in CS2, Brawl Stars, EAFC25, and FC Mobile.

Frutas and 76ers are only one win away from the TOP 4

Two teams are in a very good spot after the first two rounds of the SWISS group stage in the A1AL Brawl Stars competition. Moreover, Frutas and the 76ers were victorious two times, and they now need only one more win to advance further into the competition. This was expected, considering Frutas is defending the title, and the 76ers team is our vice-champions from the 13th season.

This weekend the first match was Frutas vs Delulu, teams that celebrated in the first round against their opponents with a 3:0 victory. There was a lot to expect from this match. However, even though they were underdogs, Delulu played very good matches against the favorites Frutas and managed to win one set showing their quality and determination. In the end, they fell in the 4th set on Gem Grab. We can expect much more from Delulu, as they have proven to be a TOP 4 material.

The second game of the day was FBI vs Maestros, a team that got into the group stage as a replacement. Unfortunately for the Maestros, I have to say the result was expected. The team that was there as a substitute did not manage to organize well for today’s playday and the FBI took advantage of that and beat them 3:0 without any problems, dominating each set.

La Masia and Team Cherry were the highlight of the second BS group stage round. It was a match to remember. Apart from being the closest in ranking (7th and 8th seed), these two teams are dead even in skill as well. Right from the first match at the Hot Zone, it was clear that we were in for a very tense match because none of the teams wanted to go to a 0-2 score. This would greatly hinder their chances of passing. Every game mode was tense and the forces of who was stronger were constantly changing. In the end, Brawl Ball decided the result. There Team Cherry equalized in the last seconds for Overtime and managed to defeat La Masia.

The last match of the day was played between the 76ers and Gospodin Adry. Maybe a little disappointment today from the latter, considering their performance through the qualifiers, I really expected a lot more. Vice-champions 76ers (ex OOB1) showed why they are favorites with Frutas and by dominating each set they secured a safe and realistically easy victory against their opponents.

Lazar shines as A1AL MVP in dominant group D performance

Last week four players secured the next stage of the A1AL competition in FC Mobile. From group A SPK_Somzi and RAB_MahirSarajlic advanced, and from group B it was FE_Shaq and Alen who bested their opponents. This weekend matches from groups C and D were played. Four players joined the victors from groups A and B thus completing the TOP eight in FC Mobile.

In the second round again 24 matches were played in which we saw 84 goals. In Group C Nikolas7, former A1 Adria League caster took first place, although he did not start as planned. He lost the first match 2:0 against BUD_skrebo98, but after that, he didn’t lose a single match. Nikolas accumulated 13 points and placed first, while Jahaa acquired 12 points and as a second seed secured TOP 8.  He was the surprise of the whole tournament. Jahaa entered the decisive matches with Nikolas with four victories, but he stayed there. Nikolas won in both matches.

In group D, we saw total dominance by BUD_lazar, who is also the MVP of this round with 18/18 points. He didn’t lose or draw a single match and his stats are insane. Lazar scored 16 goals, conceded only three, and made 22 shots out of which 21 were on target (95.45% accuracy). This player had an average of 49.32% possession per game while maintaining an impressive 92.82% pass accuracy. Furthermore, in group D, SPK_SavaZver finished second with seven points respectively.

A1AL FC Mobile TOP 8:

Here are the TOP 8 players in EAFC25

The second group stage round brought us matches that decided who was going to proceed to compete in the league this season. After all the matches finished we got the best eight players. Three players from Group D had the same amount of points (9), so additional matches had to be played. Furthermore, the biggest surprise of this stage was probably GAME ON Marac, the defending champion, who only acquired four points and placed last in his group. This means that the 14th season will have a new champion!

On stream, we had a chance to watch six games in the EAFC25 competition. The first match of the day between the undefeated Brstimir and Misko ended with a 2:1 win for the latter. Misko finished the job already in the first half with a two-goal lead. Brstimir tried to get back into the match with a goal by Gullit in the 69th minute, but in the end, he still lost.

The second match of the day, between Maksa and CLA Tuna, was quite one-sided since it ended with a score of 3:0 for Maksa. Tuna had opportunities but did not use them even for an honorable goal. The third match of the day was supposed to be Jasik and CLA Th3Prod1gy but since they could not go through to the second stage and this match had no impact, they gave up. So, we watched AmcoS and Matket. AmcoS once again was great in the final minutes of the match. It was 1:1 almost until the end and then in the photo finish, AmcoS scored a goal in the 90th minute to win!

The 4th match of the day was Maksa again, but this time versus GAME ON Marac. Maksa was the last from the playoffs to go through the qualifications, but that didn’t stop him from holding a lesson today against last season’s champion Marac with a score of 6:1! Amazing performance indeed.

The 5th match of the day was played between Hara and Fika. Hara demolished his opponent Fika with a 5:1 score. The players were in the mood this round to score a lot of goals, and we have seen many interesting matches. Furthermore, in the last match of the day Hara had another duel. This time he was fighting Teo. Teo quickly led 2:0 in the first half and until the end, Hara did not manage to come back. He only scored an honorable goal by Cruyff in the 78th minute ending the game 2:1.]

CS2 teams Baklava Gaming and GOT snatch their first A1AL group-stage wins

In the third round of the CS2 group stage of the 14th A1AL season, we saw two duels between teams with a 0:1 score. The first duel was played between GOT and Max team where GOT celebrated with a 2:0 win. In the second match, Baklava Gaming took on Diamant Esports and won 2:1.

The first game that GOT and their opponent played started on Ancient. It was a very tense first map, in which we constantly watched the change of the leading team. Max Team often had the advantage and opportunities to perfect the match. They reach a 10:8 lead, but that’s where it stops. GOT had a blast on the CT side and managed to finish the map at 13:10.

In the second game, GOT starts phenomenally on the T side of Anubis with a score of 5:1. Zecco wakes up in that round and finds two amazing kills and an ace with Deagle, but that didn’t last long. In the next round, GOT continues its dominance and goes to the half to9:3 lead. They do not stop, as Max Team takes only one round in the second half. Eventually, GOT takes the win with a score of 13:4.

The second duel was played on all three maps (Anubis, Ancient, Dust 2 – decider). Another very close match on Anubis started off the duel between Baklava and Diamant. Baklava started fantastically with a 4:0 score. After Diamant took one round, RiiL3 has a fantastic 2v1 clutch. At the end of the half, the score was 6:6, where Diamant scored five rounds to get even and take the lead. Baklava Gaming follows them and on the wings of RiiL3 and on the mistakes of Diamant they come to a victory of 13:10.

On Ancient both teams were in the lead for a little while. A handful of rounds in which the team with weaker weaponry manages to win the round. With a 10:9 score, Baklava took the lead. Libra had a fantastic clutch to bring the score back to 10:10 and Baklava was in trouble because they had to go eco. Diamant took advantage of that and went to a 12:10 score. After that. Baklava won the round and sent Diamant into trouble. They didn’t have a full buy, but they outplayed Baklava and took the map from them with 13:10.

We saw on the A1AL stream a complete dominance of Baklava on Dust2. Diamant practically wasn’t on the server as their opponents didn’t let them play. On the CT side, Baklava stopped everything that Diamant threw in front of them. They managed to collect four rounds in the first half (8-4). After that, Diamant couldn’t win a single round and Baklava won 13:4. Also in the end T0mann gave us a fantastic 1v3 clutch.

A1AL S14: Brawl Stars, EAFC, FC Mobile, and CS2 group stage action

The results of the first round in the 14th season of A1AL in Brawl Stars, EAFC, and FC Mobile are in. CS2 teams played the second round of groups and two teams secured their first wins. Many interesting things occurred this weekend and some players and teams are already eliminated. In the group stage, there is no room for mistakes. Our competitors should know that and everyone is doing their best. For a full recap, keep reading!

Favorites successful in the first round of Brawl Stars

The Swiss start was smooth for the favorites, with FBI and Delulu providing the only genuinely tense match. While the result might not reflect it, Delulu was fortunate to wrap things up quickly, but they still earned a well-deserved victory.

The 76ers made a stylish debut against Team Cherry. As the vice-champions, they proved their #2 seed status, facing only minor challenges in the Heist set before securing a 3:0 win.

Frutas is another team that frequently garners attention and praise. Despite facing the technically weakest team in the tournament due to the Swiss format, they still dominated with a 2:0 finish. La Masia, however, is a team to watch next week when they face opponents more suitable for them.

Furthermore, when it came to the fourth match in the first round of the group stage, a team was disqualified. OMERTA failed to show up in their duel against Gospodin Adry who got an automatic win. Maestros will play in OMERTA’s place and they will compete in the second round of A1AL with a 0:1 score.

BS group stage first round A1AL S14

Conclusion of group A and B matches in the FC Mobile

An explosive start of the first round of FC Mobile group stage in the 14th season of the A1AL. Groups A and B set a possible record for goals scored, with an average of 3.25 goals per game, totaling 78 goals across 24 matches. After all of these matches, we had to say goodbye to four players with the worst results. Those that didn’t make it are Vuk, Iky, Havertz, and Nedox10, while in the rest of the competition, we will continue to watch SPK_Somzi, and RAB_MahirSarajlic from group A and FE_Shaq and Alen from group B.

In group A, the first seed is SPK_Somzi who earned 11 points, winning three, drawing two, and losing only one game. Another player who will advance into the top eight is RAB_MahirSarajlic with 10 points. He also won three matches, drew one, and lost two.

In group B things were bombastic and we saw a lot of goals. Especially in the match BUD_Havertz vs Nedox10. There, the former scored an overall seven goals, ending the game 7:1. Haverz also recorded the most goals in this round (14) but failed to qualify unfortunately. From this group, Shaq is the first place with 12 points (4 wins and 2 losses). The second place is Alen with the same result, but a worse goal difference.

Next week you can follow the matches from groups C and D. Don’t miss the action!

Highlights from the A1AL group stage matches in EAFC25

Following the qualifications, we transitioned to the group stage of the season, shifting from EAFC24 to the new EAFC25. The day’s opening match on stream featured Misko, the top scorer from the qualifiers, against Bati, who ranked lower. Misko dominated the game, displaying solid play in both attack and defense, quickly establishing a 2-0 lead by the 22nd minute. The match concluded with a score of 4-1 in favor of Misko.

The other matches proved more challenging for the players, particularly for Jasik, who struggled to convert his chances. Despite a strong performance, he faced tough defense from AmcoS, who scored in the 12th minute. The highlight was AmcoS’ spectacular goal in the 88th minute, a stunning shot from Dembele that hit the underside of the crossbar.

In the next match, Gruby faced CLA_tuna13, resulting in a hard-fought game where both players scored, sharing the points.

Last season’s runner-up, CLA Banderas narrowly defeated Fika, who advanced from the playoffs, with a final score of 3-2, securing all three points.

The fourth match featured defending champion GAMEON Marac against 10th-season champion Gruby. As expected, it was a tense contest that ended in a 1-1 draw, with both players sharing points.

The final match of the day saw Fika hoping to redeem his earlier missed opportunities against CLA Banderas. Initially, Fika held a 3-1 lead after 35 minutes, but his opponent scored two quick goals before halftime, leveling the score at 3-3. The second half was marked by fierce competition, yet neither player managed to score again, leaving the final result the same.

These were the highlighted games that we watched on stream. However, an overall 24 matches were played, and here are the leaders of the groups after the first A1AL group stage round.

GROUP A:

  1. Brstimir – 9 points
  2. Misko – 6 points

GROUP B:

  1. AmcoS – 7 points
  2. PLGNN Matke – 7 points

GROUP C:

  1. Gruby – 5 points
  2. GAMEON Marac – 4 points

GROUP D:

  1. Hara  – 6 points
  2. CLA_Banderas – 4 points

I would also like to highlight Brstimir as our MVP. He is the only player who went through the first part of the group stage with all the victories. That tells us about the competition of the A1AL league itself. Brstimir scored 11 goals and conceded only three while playing the 4-4-1-1 formation.

CS2 teams Kubix and Juggernauts secure first wins in the A1AL group stage

In the second group stage round of the 14th A1AL season, Kubix and Juggernauts were victorious and secured the first wins. They defeated their opponents, the former with a clean 2:0 win, and the latter with a 2:1 victory. They now have a 1:0 score, just like Zero Tenacity and Oto100 who were successful in the previous round.

The first duel on stream was Kubix’s match against BAKLAVA Gaming. Kubix had a stellar start on Mirage, leading 4:0, but Baklava fought back, winning six rounds in a row to equalize by halftime. Kubix then secured their fifth round due to some minor mistakes by Baklava, bringing the score to 7:5 in Baklava’s favor. The second half began with Kubix winning another pistol round, tying the game at 7:7 with two consecutive victories. From there, Kubix dominated the remainder of the map, finishing with a score of 13:9.

On Dust II, Baklava started strong, winning the first three rounds. Kubix responded at the same pace, leveling the score to 3:3 after six rounds. The remainder of the half was a back-and-forth battle, ending in a 6:6 tie. Kubix won the pistol round of the second half, taking the lead for the first time on his chosen map. However, Baklava continued to push forward, reaching a total of 10 rounds while Kubix struggled to respond from the CT side. After three rounds, Kubix fought back to tie the score at 10-10. Tripey and, Rossonerii helped Kubix secure an 11th round against Baklava. Kubix then clinched the next two rounds, finishing the series 2:0. Despite this victory in the bo3, Kubix doesn’t seem to have the same dominance as last season’s champion.

Juggernauts and Diamant battle it out in a thrilling bo3 series

In the second duel of the day, the Juggernauts began their game on Anubis with a pistol and bonus win, but Diamant Esports quickly responded with three consecutive rounds on the CT side. The Juggernauts then became more aggressive, finishing the first half with an 8:4 lead. The second half dashed Diamant’s hopes as the Juggernauts secured their ninth round with a pistol win. However, Diamant rallied back, winning three rounds in a row until SteveO purchased an AWP in round 17, helping the Juggernauts to their tenth round. The match became uncertain as Diamant surged, winning four straight rounds to level the score at 11:11. In the end, Diamant remained steady, finishing with six consecutive rounds to claim Anubis 13:11.

On Mirage, Diamant kicked off with a pistol win, but the Juggernauts quickly countered, taking four consecutive rounds to lead 4:1. Diamant regained control, evening the score at 5:5 with contributions from Destroyd and Jernej. Ultimately, Diamant ended the half ahead with a 7:5 score. The Juggernauts tied it up after winning the pistol and bonus rounds. The teams battled aggressively, reaching a tie at 10:10, but the Juggernauts dominated the final three rounds to win the map and push for Dust II as the decider.

Dust II started with a pistol and bonus win for the Juggernauts on the CT side. However, Diamant quickly bounced back, winning three rounds before losing the fourth, making it 3:3. The Juggernauts then hit their stride, winning the next three rounds and securing a strong 8:4 lead by halftime. After winning the pistol and bonus again in the second half, the Juggernauts maintained their momentum and closed Dust II with a decisive 13:4 victory.

Explosive start of the new A1AL season in the first qualifiers!

Season 14 of A1AL has started and competitors from CS2, Brawl Stars, and EAFC played their first qualifier cups. We have seen some surprises and some expected triumphs this weekend. The competition is fierce this year and we already have a lot of strong players and teams signed up. Each qualifier will be of utmost importance as this season you will want to secure your group stage spot as soon as possible. Read on to see the results of the first A1 Adria League qualifier.

S13 finale in the first Brawl Stars qualifier

Brawlers were the first to open the 14th season of A1AL. Many familiar teams competed. From our champions Salada and vice champions OBII (now going under 76ers), to Delulu, OMERTA, Team Cherry, FBI, and many more. The games were pretty clean up until finals where all five matches were played. But let’s start from the beginning.

On the one side of the bracket, OMERTA and Delulu were doing very well until they ran into Salada who won 2:0 against both teams. Gertrude, a new team with familiar players, did give Salada some resistance in the semifinals but not enough for them to win. With a 2:1 win Salada secured a spot in the finals.

On the other bracket side, team GospodinAdry, made out of previous A1AL champions, was demolishing competition. However, in the semifinals they lost against S13 vice champions 76ers with a 2:0 score. This brings us to the finals where we saw a replay of last seasons finale. The 76ers really gave their best to defeat Salada but in the end, our champions prevailed winning with a 3:2 score and securing a maximum of 20 points.

The second BS qualifier will be played on the 20th, so make sure to sign up HERE!

Brawl Stars Q1 A1AL S14

Nikolas7 wins the first A1AL EAFC24 Mobile qualifier

FC Mobile or EAFC24 Mobile is once again a big hit in the A1 Adria League. Just from the first qualifier, we can see how tight the competition will be considering a total of 190 players competed. Not many surprises were seen in the top 256 and top 128 stages of the qualifier. However, things started to get heated as we got top 64 and especially top 32. The biggest surprise of this stage was our two-time A1AL champion Shaq being eliminated. Three-time BFL winner lost to Nikolas7, ex-A1AL caster, and S13 third place.

Nikolas7 showed a great performance in the first qualifier and quite deservedly won the most points and is sitting in the first spot. He should feel pretty secure and confident at the top with 180 points, but nothing is decided yet. His road to the finals was not easy. He eliminated Lazar from Buducnost in the quarterfinals and Jaha in the semis who ended up taking third place and 80 points.

On the other side of the bracket, maybe the biggest surprise of the qualifier, HugoBOSS was sweeping everyone in his sight determined to get to the finals. Rabotnicki eSports player gave his best to win the qualifier but Nikolas7 came out victorious with a 2:0 win. HugoBOSS can be satisfied as he is in second place with 100 points.

The second qualifier will be played on the 21st of September and you can sign up for it HERE!

FC Mobile Q1

The S10 EAFC champion is back and ready to win!

The EAFC first qualifier was extremely tense as 100 players battled each other to win as many points as possible. No one had an easy road but some players showed their supremacy. Season 10 champion Gruby and last season’s winner Marac were the one to clash in the finals. But besides them, many familiar players were participating in this qualifier cup. Some of them are Hara, Cyber_Fico, our six-time champion Novo, and the CLA clan.

In the upper side of the bracket, Hara did well and reached the quarterfinals but got eliminated by CLA_TUNA. The member of the CLA organization then try to take down GAME ON Marac, but our defending champion was stronger. That win secured him a spot in the finals where Gruby was waiting.
Gruby’s road to that final wasn’t easy either. In the semifinals, he defeated Misko_fifa, who previously eliminated Tarik Novo in the quarterfinals.

The first finals game was Gruby’s domination who scored six goals against his opponent’s two. However, in the second game, Gruby took his guard down which Marac knew how to take advantage of. In the third match, Gruby wakes up and takes the lead securing 100 points and probably a spot in the next stage of the competition.

Oto100 and GOT secure the first CS2 group stage spot in A1AL

The best regional CS2 teams also started their grind to playoffs the past weekend. Many familiar A1AL names signed up from Oto100, who competed a couple of seasons ago against titans such as BLUEJAYS, Z10, and Blink, to Diamant Esports, Team Secret, and Cupava Veverica.

Cupava Veverica, team who got to the group stage last season, managed to get to the semis without many problems. There, however, they were defeated by Oto100 on Anubis. On the same side, Team Andr1xx lost after double overtime against Bezgresni who then lost to Oto100. GornjiDonji was waiting for them in finals as they cleared their way pretty smoothly but the spot in the group stage was just out of reach. In the end, Oto100 secured that groups spot with a 2:0 win.

Balkan Vikings showed extraordinary performance on the other side of the bracket. They defeated S13 vice champions Superior Esports, as well as Diamant Esports. Unfortunately, this promising team was stopped by Team Secret in the semis. As Team Secret reached the finals it was sure they would go on to win the whole thing. However, they failed on their map pick, and GOT took that opportunity to advance to playoffs.

CS teams will have another chance to compete for a 14,000 euro prize pool on the 22nd of September. Sign up for the second qualifier HERE!
