Why Ruben?
Ruben finished No Tilt (a competition worth $30.000) as the best player where he dominated the KOTH and 1v1 sets. Except for the domination at the No Tilt tournament, Ruben also was the best player in last year’s CRL West with him playing all the three sets to perfection. Ruben is the star player of Team Queso and he will definitely play the highest number of matches, so that’s why Oak believes he should be in every Fantasy Team.
Why Morten?
Morten had a good start at the No Tilt tournament, but in the end he wasn’t even in the top 10 players which was really disappointing. On the other side, he proved that he and xopxsama are the best 2v2 duo in Clash Royale when playing at the last year’s CRL West. Morten also finished the previous CRL West season with the biggest win-rate in the KOTH set where he smashed two teams by himself.
As the star player of SK Gaming, Morten will surely play the 2v2 and KOTH sets (even though he can end up playing 1v1 games) on a high level. With all the abovementioned points, we also must remember that Morten carried SK Gaming by himself in the CRL World competition finals, where the team lost to the Surgical Goblins by only one HITPOINT!
Why xopxsam?
xopxsam and his teammate Morten are the best and most famous 2v2 duo on the planet. If they keep playing as they did in the previous season, you must have him in your Fantasy Team. His domination in 2v2 is also followed by his great form in KOTH where he has swept very good teams and players on multiple occasions. xopxsam finished No Tilt as a top 12 players based on his excellent win-rate..
Why thegod_rf?
thegod_rf could be the biggest surprise on Oak’s top 4 list. Oak understands that players like Anaban, Jupiter King or iAmJPa also deserve a spot on the Fantasy Team, but he thinks, thegod_rf’s 2v2 experience in the last three years will reign supreme. Every CRL West season, thegod_rf dominates the 2v2 sets and his win-rate hasn’t fallen below 50% yet. The only thing that could prevent thegod_rf from having a great performance is his teammate, ah craaap, but judging by his recent form, that shouldn’t be a problem.
