CS:GO Open Qualifiers in numbers!

The first step in the journey to the League group stage is behind us, ladies and gentlemen. With 4 weeks of great CS:GO behind us, we’re now ready to step into the second phase of the competition, but not without reflecting on the qualifier rounds behind us.

The online qualifiers hosted 91 unique teams and 409 unique players from all of the regional countries who competed in 4 separate online qualifiers. This year, we put some new twists on the online qualifier formula, and we must say that it turned out pretty sweet. We had more teams than ever, and we also managed to let much more teams to the next phase of the competition.

This all means that even if the teams didn’t play that good in their final matches, they can still get the chance to advance to the next stage. The 16 qualified teams are all good in their own right, but it remains to be seen whether the winners will hold their own against the challengers that will be itching to secure a spot in the League, no doubt.

This’ll provide us with some grade-A CS:GO coming your way in the following weeks, so stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled.

If you still haven’t managed to qualify with your team, there’s a wildcard qualifier in store, and that will be your real last chance to get a spot in the League this year – don’t miss it!

Without further ado, we present to you the teams that will compete in the qualifier groups:

The next phase of the competition will be delayed slightly, so that the matches don’t clash with the Battle4Split LAN finals that some teams are participating in.We wish all the teams the best of luck and good riddance, as we prepare for the next action-packed phase of this exciting qualifying period!
