A1 Adria League is finally back! After announcing the upcoming season, we slowly started with the qualifiers and we got the first teams and players that will compete in the main stage of the tournament. Clash Royale has its teams list finalized, four teams qualified for the CS: GO SWISS-system phase, while the first points were collected by Brawl Stars and FIFA players.

CS:GO

The first two of the four qualifiers were played during the last weekend. Teams showed great interest in participating and there were over 60 teams competing in each qualifier and some of the more-known regional teams made it to the League.

The first qualifier

Gameroids bested odred otpisanih, while GamerS1337 had a pretty convincing 16:8 win against proWince. On the other side of the bracket, Nikola “Lobanjica” Mijomanović’s Relog Media was powerless against the Macedonians from QSKE in the Round of 16.

QSKE Gaming dominated DEEPFEAR on Nuke while SoA came victorious in the Kosovar derby against SELFMADEks. The champions of CSadria Clan Championship 4, Blink, beat Luka “c0llins” Živanović’s Shock Bomb in the quarterfinals to secure a rematch against QSKE Gaming in the semis. After a close game on Dust 2, GamerS1337 came out as the better team in the quarterfinal against Gameroids and advanced to the semis with yet another CSadria Clan Championship team as their opponent, SoA.

Blink won the rematch against Jane “aidKiT” Apostoloski and QSKE in only two maps and secured the first spot in the fifth season of A1 Adria League. The second squad to qualify for the SWISS League was GamerS1337 after a nail-biting series versus SoA that went to all three maps.

The second qualifier

SoA fell to Odred otpisanih and QSKE finished the second qualifier in the Round of 16, while ShadowzGG were the better team in their match against 21Arches.

The Kosovar team eSportsKosova outplayed the Vigilantes in their quarterfinal game with the former securing a spot in the semis against Dimitar “raniin” Avramovski and odred otpisahih. DEEPFEAR couldn’t make the semis for the second time in a row, losing to karavan who proceeded to the semifinal match against Gameroids.

After losing a map to karavan, Gameroids managed to complete the reverse sweep and earn the third spot in the A1 Adria League SWISS phase.
The same thing happened in the other semifinal match as odred otpisanih came back after losing map one to eSportsKosova and managed to snatch the final league slot in the second qualifier.

Clash Royale

With five teams getting direct invites, Clash Royale had its only qualifier starting on Friday with the final matches finishing on Saturday. After plenty of great games in all three modes, the Underdogs squad managed to win it all and qualify for the fifth A1 Adria League Clash Royale season. Nova I Arma, Grizzly, BWCause, and Andreii along with their captain Hajduk19h50 will have a chance to face the best regional players and win awesome awards in this season’s league.

The second phase of the Clash Royale tournament begins on Friday when the first round of games will be played in the three formats featured in the qualifiers.

Brawl Stars

The first of seven Brawl Stars qualifiers finished on Thursday and the teams earned their first points on the road to the Main Stage of the tournament. Good Game CRO and So Bad couldn’t get past Mayoi and No Name while on the other part of the bracket Easy Win got an easy win against Come Back. In the last match of the quarterfinals, Free Agents defeated RAMPAGE and advanced to the semis where Easy Win couldn’t stand up to the task and lost the match against ToDe05’s Agents.

No Name were better that Mayoi, but that didn’t help them much in the Grand Final where Free Agents came victorious and secured the 100 points from the first qualifier.
