It’s time to take a final look back to Season 3
Season 3 of the A1 Adria League is behind us. More than 500 players from all over the region competed for the title, prize money and the chance to advance in further competitions! After 3 months, 14 open qualifiers and 4 online playoffs we crowned the new champions: Tim123 (Dota2), uNiQUE (CS:GO), Nikola (Clash Royale), reqvam (Hearthstone). Oh yes, and they split more than 6000 euros in prize money!D
With the introduction of the additional season, we gave the players the opportunity to compete throughout the year. Completely played online, Season 3 of the A1 Adria League served as a prelude of the Season 4, which means that the best is yet to come.
Dota 2
The new addition to the League, Dota 2 delivered very interesting matches with the Tim123 coming on top after beating The last jedis, the biggest surprise of the season. Both teams secured their spot in the group stage of the Season 4.

CS:GO
In CS:GO we saw uNiQUE go all the way to the first place. The squad led by SENER1 continued their series of good results by winning the A1 Adria League. theOverPowered put up a great fight in the finals but in the end, uNiQUE was the better team on the given day. We’ll see them both compete in the group stage of next season as well.
By winning the Season 3 of the A1 Adria League uNiQUE was given the opportunity to compete in the Pre-Climber Cup we organized together with the ESL as a stepping stone to higher levels of competition in the ESL esports system, but this time uNiQUE fell short to the BLUEJAYS another team from the Adriatic region.
- uNiQUE – 1000€ (Q)
- theOverPowered – 500€ (Q)
- TRTRR – 275€
- Vilay.Black – 150€
SENER1: “THIS MEANS A WORLD TO ME AND MY TEAM”
Clash Royale
Clash Royale playoffs gave us some interesting situations like player bumping in the people on the street while playing 1000€ tournament and another dropping the phone during the most important match of the playoffs. It was Nikola who kept his composure through all of this and won the title.
- Nikola – 500€
- Tocilovac – 250€
- ConeKorleone – 150€
- destroyer – 100€
NIKOLA: “I DIDN’T THINK AT FIRST THAT I WOULD WIN THE WHOLE THING.”
Hearthstone
The best player in the Hearthstone qualifiers proved his worth in the playoffs as well. reqvam piloted his Mage deck all the way to the first place beating LemyBiB in the Grand Finals. Nobody should be surprised by great results from this guy anymore. He is hoping to defend the title of the A1 Adria League champion next season, but first, he’ll be attending Masters Tour in Bucharest for which he qualified just before winning the League.
- Reqvam – 500€
- LemyBiB – 250€
- Uberkaiser – 150€
