A1 Adria League Weekly
After an unforgettable LAN finale and the conclusion of Season 14, the A1 Adria League took its next big step in 2025. The league returned with a refreshed competitive structure, new opportunities for players and teams, and the same passion that had made A1AL one of the most important esports platforms in the Adriatic region since its debut in 2017. Over the years, the league had grown in every aspect – from prize pools and game titles to international success stories of its players – and 2025 marked the beginning of a new evolution.
With the introduction of the A1 Adria League Weekly, 2025 brought a streamlined and more dynamic format that kept the competitive spirit alive throughout the spring. Alongside the continued support for the A1 Adria League Student eChallenge, a strong total prize pool, and a diverse lineup of games across PC, console, and mobile platforms, the season delivered top-tier esports action and set new standards for competitive play in the region.
Winners
EA FC Mobile was defined by one name this season: Gale. Across two Weekly tournaments, he showed a level of consistency and mental strength that set him apart from the competition. In the first Weekly, he powered through a highly competitive group stage and playoffs, defeating Nikolas, TaleTopG, and Somzi to reach the grand final. There, he confirmed his dominance and secured his first Weekly title, marking the beginning of what would become a legendary run.
The EA FC main tournament delivered equally dramatic moments. Cyber_Fico emerged as the ultimate champion after navigating a stacked field, including six-time A1 Adria League champion Novo, MISKO_FIFA, and Bati. The playoffs were full of tense matches and penalty shootouts, with Cyber_Fico first eliminating Novo in a nerve-wracking encounter. In the grand final, he overcame an early deficit, reset the bracket, and won the decisive series, showcasing remarkable composure under pressure and cementing his place among the region’s elite EA FC players.
League of Legends belonged to Harmony. After two rounds of qualifiers featuring teams such as Vibrations123, Vertis & Friends, Secret Club Esports, and Cevapi i Kobasice, the playoffs quickly became a showcase of Harmony’s superiority. The team stormed through the bracket with precision, demonstrating excellent macro play, coordination, and draft execution. In the finals, Cevapi i Kobasice fought hard but could not match Harmony’s level of play, leaving no doubt that Harmony were the best team in the Weekly series and setting a new benchmark for competitive League of Legends in the region.
PUBG delivered one of the most dramatic finishes of the entire Weekly series. After multiple days of open qualifiers and dozens of matches, Grove Street, Triema, and eWave emerged as the top contenders. The finals came down to the last match, with only a few points separating the teams. Grove Street started strong but made a crucial mistake early in the final game and was eliminated. The showdown between eWave and Triema was intense, but eWave maintained composure and tactical discipline to secure the victory, proving their ability to perform under extreme pressure.
Brawl Stars once again confirmed the dominance of the legendary CMM roster, formerly known as Salada de Frutas. More than 50 teams competed in qualifiers, but none could challenge CMM’s experience and skill. After a smooth run through the playoffs, they faced Delulu in the grand final and delivered a clean 3:0 sweep, securing yet another championship. This victory reinforced CMM’s legacy as the most successful Brawl Stars team in A1 Adria League history and one of the strongest mobile esports teams in the region.
The eFootball Weekly tournament crowned its first-ever champion in the series. Roksaa22 navigated a tough bracket of talented players and reached the grand final against Football_Hunter. After Hunter reset the bracket with two wins, the decisive match went to Roksaa22, who held his nerve to secure a 2:1 victory. This win not only marked a historic moment for the Weekly eFootball tournament but also set the stage for the game’s growing presence in the league.
Counter-Strike 2 concluded the Weekly series in thrilling fashion. Invited team Entity showcased consistency, tactical depth, and championship-level composure throughout the event. After defeating Sangrija in the upper bracket, Entity waited for the grand final, where Sangrija pushed hard and even reset the bracket. Multiple maps were decided by narrow margins, with Dust 2 and Inferno standing out as particularly dramatic. Everything came down to a deciding map on Anubis, where Entity took control after a tied first half and closed the match 13:6, claiming the CS2 Weekly title and €1,500 in prize money.
In the last Weekly, Gale faced Nikolas again in the grand final. Despite Nikolas entering with an upper bracket advantage, Gale refused to back down. After a draw in the opening match, he dominated the next two games, reset the bracket, and ultimately scored a golden goal just before halftime in the final match to seal another championship. With two Weekly titles and victories over all the biggest names in the scene, Gale established himself as the most dominant EA FC Mobile player of the season.
The A1 Adria League Weekly tournaments delivered everything fans could hope for: legendary individual performances, dominant teams, unforgettable finals, and proof that regional esports continues to rise in quality and competitiveness. From Gale’s reign in EA FC Mobile and Harmony’s control in League of Legends to eWave’s clutch PUBG victory and CMM’s ongoing Brawl Stars dynasty, each title told its own story and highlighted the growing strength of esports in the Adriatic region.
