Another year of regional esports action is behind us. In 2021 we hosted two seasons in four games – CS: GO, Brawl Stars, FIFA and for the first time after a while – League of Legends. Aside from two interesting seasons of A1 Adria League, more than 1.3oo esports competitors locked horns in a variety of competitions including A1 Gaming Weekends, Clash of Leagues and Reboot Online Games Week.
You have probably heard that Flow, PORTUGAL, METAMOON and amke2001 are your latest S8 champions, but this year was more than just gaming and esports. We tackled the educational side of the sport with panel discussions about responsible gaming, esports commentators, teams, tournament organizers, streams and content creators.
